Habanero Grill — Restaurant in Las Vegas

TRASH!!! Cutting corners and subpar customer service is why they get only 1 star.

Whenever I try a new Mexican food place, I always judge whether or not they make good food, based on their beans and rice. Not only were they terrible, but the beans were CANNED beans, which would have been no big deal, except for the fact that they were shown NO love! I didn't even get cheese on top! The rice was DRY! TWO THUMBS DOWN for both!

My full order was the queso-birria tacos, with dipping sauce (didn't know it could come without it, but I digress.) In comparison with the picture from Google, to what I got, lets just say I was disappointed. The dipping sauce was a cup of grease, with a disgusting flavor! Although the tacos contained a lot of meat, they just weren't good.

As for the customer service, not even worth going into. All I can say is, do better. I know times are hard, and running a business is no easy task, however, the minute quality and service starts to decline, customers leave. There are WAY TOO MANY Mexican restaurants in Las Vegas, for any of them to treat and serve customers like they're the only place in town! Do better...

The burritos we ordered were both disgusting, we ordered breakfast burritos one chorizo breakfast burrito and one asada breakfast burrito they use French fries (which is fine) but the grease coming off the fries was disgusting and they tasted rancid, the chorizo had a pink residual dye on the eggs, and tasted nothing like chorizo! The asada burrito was the same issue with the rancid oil fries and the meat smelled off. We ordered an horchata and that was nasty too it tasted far from horchata and I even had asked the girls at the register if it was home made and they said yes but it was terrible! Called in Order all was good, picked up was great. This was once a month sometimes 2 times a month which I do bigger orders then normal. Range from $50-$100. I tried calling at 2:40pm with busy tone for 5 mins. Called after off at 6 where I mentioned the order was incorrect. I paid for 2 Tacos Perrones and was give street tacos!
