This supermarket has always been clean when I visited. Food is always fresh and available in every variety. The place is always clean. If you need help in finding an item help is always available. The workers possess good customer service attitude. I had a mishap when I went to the cashier with some ginger beers. One of the bottle fell from me right by the cashier. I was very upset with myself but the cashier kept reassuring me that it was ok. She was so patient about the whole situation. She called for help immediately to clean up the mess. My gingerbeer was also replaced. The cashier made my day and was thankful that I did not get hurt from the broken bottle. There is a lot of parking. I will never hesitate to shop at the Festival...

Prices good here on some items. Friend stoped here after work one day to pick something up on way home when security stopped him and gad him remove his back pack and leave it with management until done shopping. Meanwhile many women with xtea large purses not stopped or questioned. Also one time went to back counter for butcher to cut meat when I (wht lady) was ignored and they skipped iver me to take other ladies (not wht) order with foreign language. Discrimination...

The prices are kind a good on some things. The hair texture and quality on the wigs are terrible. Most hair is behind the counter the isles are narrow and filled with a lot of items.
