Quaker Bridge Mall is a solid destination for anyone looking to combine shopping, dining, and a clean, comfortable environment. The mall has come a long way over the past few years, with renovations and updates that make it feel fresher and more inviting.
Array of Shops There’s a good mix of stores here. The anchors like Macy’s and JCPenney provide the big department store experience, and there are plenty of specialty retailers—Coach, Ann Taylor, White House Black Market among them—for those seeking more upscale or fashion-forward options. The mix ranges from value‑focused brands to mid‑price ones, which means you can do serious shopping without feeling like everything is out of reach.
Food & Dining The food court has also improved and remains one of the mall’s strengths. There is a variety of fast‑casual options—subway‑style, Asian, burgers, chicken, pizza—and for those wanting sit‑down dining, places like Brio Tuscan Grille and The Cheesecake Factory are available. The seating is comfortable, the environment is pleasant, and the food court is bright and clean, which makes it a nice spot for a break during shopping.
Cleanliness & Ambience One of the things that stands out about Quaker Bridge Mall is how well‑maintained it is. Shoppers often comment on how clean the common areas, restrooms, and walkways are. It’s bright, well‑lit, and the recent updates have helped make it feel more modern. Even during busier times, the facility doesn’t feel overly worn or neglected.
Minor Drawbacks / Suggestions While the mall offers a lot, there are a few things that could be better:
Some stores have closed over time (e.g. Sears) and there are noticeable empty storefronts in places. Updating those and bringing in fresh names would help.
The food court is good, but some visitors feel there could be more variety or some higher‑end snack/dessert options.
Parking can get busy. Although there’s plenty of lot space overall, on peak days finding a close...
Read moreFirst time here and was happy to see this place packed and alive. Usually NJ malls are dead and struggling but this place was bumping. I have to say, as a dad taking my 3 yr old daughter to the nasty men’s bathroom is sometimes troubling. This mall on the other hand had a family bathroom that was clean and pristine. It was so nice to be able to not deal with cleaning up after some dirtbag that just relieved himself all over the toilet seat. Food court had many great options for lunch with plenty of seating. The security guards are top touch too offering great guest service. We were looking at the map in the middle of the mall and the security guard asked if we needed help or directions. Right behind us a woman walked up looking at the map too. The security guard asked the woman if she needed help and she did. He gave her directions and she was on her way. I know it seems odd to be praising basic hospitality and kindness but in this day and age you barely get eye contact or a response. Play area for kids was nice and fun. Same issues as other places. Kids too big for the area, kids not taking their shoes off, kids not being monitored by their parents and most of all the grossest, is some kids are barefoot. It’s an hour away from where we live but I would definitely recommend and...

I had a terrible experience getting Easter Bunny photos at Quaker Bridge Mall this year. We made it clear from the beginning that we only wanted photos of our son — even if he was crying — and not of the whole family. Despite that, they only took one photo of him alone and then went on to print 20 copies of photos with me, my wife, and our son — which we never asked for.
When I explained that we only wanted the photo of just our son, they told me we couldn’t purchase that single photo by itself. I asked for a smaller package, thinking maybe we could at least get the one photo we actually wanted — and they said that photo wasn’t included in the smaller package. The only way to get it was to buy the whole bundle — full of pictures we didn’t ask for or want.
It felt like a complete scam. There was zero flexibility, zero care for what we wanted as customers, and absolutely no understanding of how to deal with families — especially on a day meant to be special. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this was hands down the worst photo experience we’ve ever had. Avoid getting pictures done here at all costs.
We love the mall BTW. But for my son’s first picture with the Easter Bunny that...
