550 Trackside — Attraction in Lawrenceville

We used 550 Trackside for our wedding day and were so impressed!!! The customer service was excellent from the very beginning. The manager Roger was very flexible and made himself available for multiple tours for my family, friends, and I while coordinating for the wedding, he was very patient and timely answering numerous emails and phone calls with all my questions, there is a perfect place for everything no matter what layout you choose, Roger and his staff were professional and well prepared the day of the wedding, the venue was beautiful and one of a kind. At one point we ran out of plates (somehow they were misplaced- we never found them) and were able to borrow dinner & cake plates from the venue and avoided a major catastrophe! I could say so much more! We received so many compliments from guests. We are so grateful to have had such a wonderful vendor for our big day. Thanks again! Highly recommend :) The only cons I would mention: flip time from ceremony to reception was quoted at 20 minutes maximum and it took about 40 minutes and we were not told the table assembly was not included with the room flip and did not find out until the morning of the wedding...

I mean the place is nice overall, for the price we paid for my wedding on 8/20/22. Honestly the one thing this owner does is care about his money and not actually helping us about our concerns. On the literal day of my wedding there was another rehearsal that was going on and KICKED us out in the morning to let these people rehearse while WE we’re still decorating and rehearsing ourselves. Like really? We’re set on a time when the wedding starts and you’re going to have another rehearsal on my wedding day to delay time more? On top of that my guests were arriving and seeing these other people do their thing on stage confused everyone. though I thought we had the day to ourselves?? We’ve even reached out to the owner about the concern and he just ignored us and never emailed us back. I wouldn’t go back to this place if this is how they run things. If I could go back in time and have my wedding...
