FYI, this review is specifically for VIP NAIL SPA IN LEAGUE CITY. Anyone capable of using Google knows that a manicure includes cuticle care. Go ahead..... Google it. I kept waiting and waiting, thinking surely she's going to do something with my much in need cuticles. But then the oil and done and not once touched my cuticles. So now I have to go home and tidy up my own nails after paying someone else to do it that didn't. On the way out with my somewhat disappointing half manicure that is still full price I use my $200 gift card that I received for Christmas that has no expiration date (ANYWHERE ON THE CARD OR THE PACKAGING IT CAME IN) the girl at checkout tells me it's expired.......(THE CARD WITH NO EXPIRATION DATE MIND YOU). I tell her there is no expiration date on it, and if it had an expiration date, then she should have written it on there so I'd know about it. She says she told the person it was originally given to and that they are the ones who should have written it on there and that I should take it up with them. So, it is somehow the customer's fault that there is no expiration date listed anywhere on the card...... not the business for not including it. After some discussion, she honors only half of my expense for today (not half of the gift card) and then takes the gift card. $200 value gone just like that, and I still paid $63 out of pocket. I only came here because I had a gift card & now you couldn't pay me to return. Besides, I have to go home and clean up my nails myself now. I don't know how to give less than one star or I would. Disappointment, anger, and frustration are not the feelings you are supposed to leave the salon with. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS...

Read moreOnly been in about 3 times, prices are a bit high, especially on what little ammo was stocked. Asked an employee a firearms related question, and he looked at me like I was reading algebra out loud. I've been a marksman for 50+ years and a collector for 20. Didn't mean to stump the clerk, but then again, I shouldn't have been able to. Everybody likes the young people on their sales counters, but maybe a firearm business should have at least a few people in the store that are old enough to buy...
