Outlets at Traverse Mountain — Attraction in Lehi

Love all of the stores in this outlet mall and it has a nice atmosphere, but I was very disappointed during my most recent visit there (8/8/20). The stores and their employees were not actively enforcing the mandatory mask or distancing policies, and I saw many store employees talking with customers without wearing their masks properly if at all. Customers not following the policies were not asked to comply or to leave the stores, and this along with lack of employees following the policies themselves was very concerning to me as a health care worker.

Many of the stores were overcrowded or had long lines of people waiting to get in where they definitely were not standing at least 6 feet apart, and many stores also only had one person working at the register (which caused long lines of people to form inside the stores in which people were not socially distancing). I know that this was a busy weekend for shopping with school starting right around the corner, but that is not a valid excuse for not enforcing policies that were put in place to stop the spread of the virus and keep everyone safe. Needless to say, unless things change I will not be returning to the outlet mall until policies are actively enforced for both customers and employees or until the coronavirus pandemic has...

the Vans Outlet store has hands down the absolute best customer service. I can't believe the friendly, outgoing quick to help employees that helped me the other night. I went in right before close I needed to exchange a pair of shoes and a couple swearshirts that were to small . I'd gotten for my birthday. Vans was having a sale buy 1 pair reg price the next pair is free only on certain items. well can I tell u I walked out of the store 30 mins after they had closed with 2 new pairs of shoes 1 jacket 1 sweatshirt 1 pair of socks I was so shocked at the great service all 4 employees were ready and willing to help I hadn't shopped for anything for myself in a real long time this experience made me realize I'm important and i need to get out and shop at Vans. because this place has shoes I love clothing that is comfortable and great styles love their hoodies to. Thank u to the Vans Team at Traverse Mtn. I haven't had an experience like this in my whole life and I truly appreciated all of u helping me out. and at such last min timing thanks again yall...

The individual stores here are fine, prices aren't that low though. We went to the Easter helicopter egg drop here, it was a dangerous nightmare. Missing and trampled kids, hysterical parents, no rules or enforcement, one security guard for thousands of people and overwhelmed teenagers running it. It was scary chaos. My child was pushed away from me in the madness and came out bruised and sore. When many people voiced opinions on Facebook, traverse just deleted the posts and never acknowledged​ or apologized for their part in planning such a dangerous, poorly planned event. I called and no one ever returned my call. Whoever was in charge of it should have been fired for their lack of coordination and planning.

I used to shop at multiple stores here at least once a month. Since the event, I have had reason to come shop here but I go elsewhere. I will never shop here again their refusal to deal with upset customers in an appropriate way. Customer service is important and putting children at risk was a dealer...
