Best COACH outlet!!! Amara, Melanie and Karen are always kind and helpful! I have been to other COACH outlets all over the country THIS IS THE BEST!!! Even though there is another COACH outlet that is closer to me I drive the extra hour to the Traverse Mtn COACH OUTLET due to the stores clean organized appeal and the Staff!!! I have had the great pleasure of working with Amara on several occasions and can say she is not only interested the customers COACH experience and satisfaction but, more importantly in the customer, weather finding applicable items with the best prices or fun and super friendly discussions on travel and places like Japan that we’ve both visited. I always look forward to seeing her!!! Melanie is another Coach rock star!!! Very helpful and fun to work with her kind and energetic smile you can tell she loves working with people!!! I am forgetting the name of a young lady that has helped in the past my apologies, she also was super fun and helpful!!! Apparently Coach is no longer the quality company they use to be and I think they are aware of this due to their HORRIBLE customer service and the change in their return/repair policy. I have been buying Coach handbags for years and have never had problems until today. A few years ago I had a handbag that had a grommet come out. I took the purse into the outlet & they offered to send it in to be fixed or let me exchange it for one of equal value. Today I took one of my handbags in because the leather straps are cracking and breaking away from the purse. I was told by the Manager that she didn't think it could be fixed and even if they did send it back, whether it was fixed or not, I would be responsible for paying for it..again! She also told me they no longer offer replacements unless it is returned within 60 days in new, unused condition. So now I am stuck with an expensive handbag that Coach is not willing/able to fix & I can no longer use. Needless to say, I will no longer be buying my 3 or 4 handbags each...
Read moreWhen I first walked in, I was greeted by about three different employees that were standing around. I wasn’t sure if they were security or what their role was. At first, I thought they were loss prevention and it seemed like they were watching me, but then when I went to ring up my item, the cashier asked if anybody had helped me. That’s when I told myself they must’ve been trying to help for some kind of commission. If that was what they were doing then maybe they could back off a little and not have so many people confront me as I walk in the door.
They had a military discount, but it didn’t list the veterans as one of the options. The cashier asked for an ID so I assume that veterans would not get the 10% discount.
