If i could give a 0 i would had my first time going to a michael kors outlet i mostly purchase my purses at citycreek mk store or macys this experience was terrible when i first walked in i was asked if i need it help i told them i was just looking one of the sales ladies keep following me any time i would look at a purse she will tell me let me check the price for you i found a purse i recently seen at mk store in city creek i had purchase this purse in color black for 280 around Christmas time i found same purse in brown i was ready to pay and the lady laughed and told me this purse its 210 after the sale i told her that is fine she asked me for my number once she pull my acc she seen all the purchase i made she walked to the wall grab another purse and a wallet and told me if u purchase these two i can give u a 20%her attitude change and was so kind and nice i told her i wasnt interested i just wanted the purse i choose and wanted to leave then she scan the wallet and told me my final balance i told her i just wanted the purse she walked back to the counter and told the other lady she always buys two purses +the wallets so the other lady keep talking to me about the collection purses i had purchase in the passed and how similar the purse she offer was and much better price i was so upset at first they profiled me i was in nike work out clothes but once she seen my history she treated me so different i was so mad i left the store without the purse i told her you know what ill just go to mk store in city creek where they probably have more colors for this purse and they wont be following me around the store and and have to check my purchase history to be nice . The lady said am sorry mam you just looked like a you tube blogger. Ahh im pretty sure not all workers there are this ignorant but this two ladys...

My mom and I recently went to this Michael Kors outlet and purchased about $2000 of bags, purses and clothes etc. for Christmas but when we asked the cashier (she is also the store manager) for extra store bags, she was super rude and she refused to give us a few extra store bags, and kept saying that she will get fired if she gave us a few extra bags. I don't know what kind of policy this is but we definitely left unhappy. Then we went back to return a few items but they couldn't find my information in their system. Especially when I called ahead of time and someone from the same store told me that they had my information and receipt. Now without any information and receipt again they refuse to return the items. even though they are the one who entered my information in their system. We are very disappointed with the past few experiences and we will not return to this store in the future and we also want other shoppers to watch out for their customer...

Let me just start by saying that I own multiple Michael Kors handbags and have spent thousands of dollars on this brand so I know how to take care of my things. I went in to the store to let them know that I had just purchased 2 handbags in the past 5 months and one of them started getting discoloring. The girl there completely disregarded what I said and told me it was dirty. It’s not dirty, I went home and cleaned it with their “cleaner and protectant” as she suggested and nothing changed!
