This candy store is absolutely delightful! The moment you walk in, you’re greeted with the most amazing smell of chocolate and nostalgia. The selection is huge! everything from old-fashioned classics to fun new treats I’ve never seen anywhere else.

The staff are so friendly and patient, even when you can’t decide (which is almost impossible with so many options!). Everything is clean, well-organized, and beautifully displayed. it feels like stepping into a real-life Willy Wonka shop.

I picked up a little of everything. fudge, sour candies, and some handmade truffles. and every bite was delicious. Prices are fair, and they even have cute gift boxes and seasonal treats.

I have never ever experienced any form of prejudice in my life until I visited The Candy Factory located on N. Main Street, in Lexington, North Carolina TODAY 8/19/2022. Wow 😯 I went to approach one of the two ladies for help in finding a specific candy and the lady turned and said to someone else “oh you need help”? I figured ok maybe the guy was needing help first. I continued to look for the candy on my own and still could not find it. I said “Excuse me” to the other lady 3x each time louder than the previous and she BLATANTLY” Ignored ME!
