The website and voicemail for the store says they close at 10 p.m. on Fridays. My son got there at 9:13 .... they were closed. I called and called until the manager answered. She said they changed their hours "several weeks ago" to close at 9 p.m. on Fridays. I asked if it had been "several weeks" then why had they not updated their info so people don't waste their time/gas? She said she "did not think about it". Isn't that part of "customer service" and a managers job? He was going there just to get a different ring size for a ring he bought 2 hours ago. Since their website says 10p.m. she could have let him in just for an exchange. I asked what they could do for him tomorrow for this inconvenience, possibly a small percentage refund from his purchase this this was the stores fault, she simply said "we dont reimburse for gas but we'll help with issues on the merchandise". She took NO responsibility for the time being posted incorrectly!! We wont b going to this location again!!! Is there a score of less than zero for a rating?!? I HATED TO GIVE A 1 STAR RATING BUT IT WOULDNT LET ME POST WITHOUT IT!!!! P.S. They said ALL the stores in the mall closed at 9 now ..... however walking around, there were SEVERAL still open!!!! Read moreMy boyfriend bought me a pandora ring for my birthday and it held up amazing for a year, he bought me the matching necklace for my next birthday and after that my rings jewels began to fall out. With their warranty they can not exchange a ring after a year which is frustrating considering it was only a week after my warranty ended. They would not help us in any way. I held on to the ring for a while and for Christmas I was given a new ring that was more expensive. I took AMAZING care of this ring. And after only 3 months it fell apart. When I brought it in I told them I do not want a refund considering that it was more expensive than my previous ring I just want the ring I originally had since it held up for so long, they actually blamed me for the ring being damaged when I took such good care of it. They would not do anything. After going in THREE times and dealing with rude employees each time I’m assuming who was the manager finally said they would reach out to pandora to see what they could do about getting my original ring back. After a week they called and told me they would make an Exception And Replace my ring, but it has to be the ring I recently purchased... no exception was made that was their policy. They didn’t have the ring in store and wanted me to drive out of my way to get one from a different location. If I could give them Zero stars I would. The absolute worst customer service I have ever seen and would never recommend anyone to ever go to this location or purchase...
Read moreI came to this store to get my husband a bracelet. I wasn't sure what I was looking for so I just expected the store associates to assist me. I stood in line for an hour outside in 27 degree weather, which is fine. I wanted to make my husbands Christmas special. They were leting people in the store a few people at a time. A lady was standing outside and offered to assist me by letting me look in catalogs and she would go in the store and pull merchandise. While I was standing with her outside, they allowed the two people behind me to enter the store while I'm standing outside. While the lady assisting me went in the store I asked another associate if I could come inside because I was cold, she told me no with an attitude and continued to let others in the store. Eventually, the associate who I was working with came back outside with another bracelet that was to small for my husband. I kept complaining of being cold so she eventually told me I could go in the store once someone else left. The people behind me were all ready being assisted, but I was instructed to stand by a display until someone could get to me. I ended up leaving because the customer service experience was horrible. Pandora is not a cheap place to shop and I would have expected to be treated differently since I was willing to spend my hard earned money with this store.
