Salon Lofts Liberty Commons — Attraction in Liberty Township

Liz is very unprofessional. She rushed through our entire appt even though asking her numerous times if she had the time since she pushed my appt back. I had asked for a shadow root and balayage. What I got were highlights. She offered a rebook, which I took and then when I showed for that appointment I text her I was there in the parking lot. She text back saying she was not there and that I would need to reschedule. She made this appt at the salon and I had confirmation before leaving. I would not of been mad if she would of been professional enough to call and let me know not to make a 30 min drive. Liz is nice, Liz is also unprofessional and she never did give me that appointment....

Ashley Bozso is an amazing stylist and I never leave disappointed! I have been going to Ashley for almost 8 years and I always look forward to seeing her. She is so pleasant and always has a smile on her face. She is full of character and you can see she loves what she does! She is great with my 7 year old too! She listens to what I am looking for and offers her advise and I have never questioned her judgement. Ashley was an obvious choice when I needed someone to do my hair for my wedding. She traveled to my location and did my entire wedding parties hair, and it all looked amazing. I just can't say enough wonderful things about her, I highly recommend...

Another one star for Liz. Unreliable. At least 50% of the time she pushes the appointment back or cancels. When asked to come back another day, I reminded her I was in the week before and left without a wash or style because she was so behind. 3 minute dry cut. No problem. But then my next appointment, she postponed then cancels within the hour I'm supposed to be there. This has happened more than a handful of times. Unprofessional. Obviously my time isn't as valuable as hers. And it looks like...
