We recently visited The Milkshake Factory in Pleasant Grove, and it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. The moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed by Micah, the owner, who made us feel like family. It was as if he had known us for years!
Micahâs hospitality was unmatched. He generously offered us free samples of their incredible chocolate, encouraging us to try as much as we liked. It was such a thoughtful gesture that truly set the tone for our visit.
As for the milkshakes, they were out of this world! I indulged in the Bananas Foster Milkshake, which was rich, creamy, and bursting with flavor. My wife couldnât get enough of her Cookie Brownie Fudge milkshakeâit was the perfect blend of decadent flavors. Our kids loved their classic Vanilla Milkshakes, which were smooth and delicious.
The attention to detail, quality of ingredients, and exceptional customer service made this visit unforgettable. We canât wait to return and try more of their amazing offerings. If youâre in Pleasant Grove, do yourself a favor and stop by The Milkshake Factoryâyou wonât be...
Read moreAmazing dessert. Great service. Wholesome atmosphere. I think what surprised me the most about my visit was how inviting the entire experience proved to be. I had read that there would be long linesâand there wereâbut the staff kept a great pace. I had just enough time to look at their entire menu and change my mind 5 times before I placed my order. The wait to receive my order was about 10-15 minutes but even this passed quicklyâMilkShake Factory is just a pleasant place to visit, and everyone who does, seemingly equally pleasant. The staff appeared authentically happy to be there, the gentleman in charge working just as happily alongside his team. The Sâmores Sundae was phenomenal, offering a rich blend of sweet and savory (the crunchy marshmallows were my favorite). The only regret I have is not being able to ask the staff how to get a t-shirtâit did not seem like the right time when so many people were as eager as I to try Pleasant Groveâs newest addition. Set your expectations high for your visit hereâtheyâll be exceeded! Great job,...
Read moreI donât know if I just got a bad shake, but the Bananas Foster shake was not good. There was so much cinnamon, you couldnât taste anything else. We also got a strawberry shortcake sundae and the âcakeâ was just crumbled topping with mini chocolate chips in it. The cake made the ice cream this weird grainy texture, like baby rice cereal. Honestly, itâs a hard pass for me, especially given the high prices (~$10 for a shake). You can get much better elsewhere. (2/5 stars)
Edit: We decided to give it another try and got the Cookie Brownie Fudge Milkshake and the Peanut Butter Meltaway Cookie Sundae. The Sundae was delicious and would definitely purchase again; the peanut butter sauce was delicious and the crushed cookie added a nice crunch even though it is finely ground. The milkshake was alright but there was an unexpected aftertaste that we couldnât seem to figure out what it was. It wasnât unpleasant, but it also wasnât a good flavor so I wouldnât purchase that shake again, personally. Overall our second visit...
