I discovered this place about 5 months ago. I’ve been having debilitating neurological symptoms for around 11 months. The fatigue is on a level that is just unreal and even extremely expensive narcolepsy medications don’t make a bit of difference for me. But when I get a Meyers cocktail IV, it stops my fatigue within hours! You cannot imagine what a difference this has made. I also have the MTHFR gene and have had a gastric bypass surgery previously in 2006. The surgery makes it impossible for me to process/absorb any B12 orally and the gene makes all forms of B12 completely ineffective for me except for methylated B12. Even when obtaining a B12 shot at your doctors office, hospital, or as a Rx medication you self-inject monthly, all of these forms provided by official medical centers and pharmacies are not methylated B12. I signed up for the membership at Prime IV and I get 2 B12 shots per month of the correct kind which I had been severely deficient in since 2006. These shots make all the difference in my energy levels. I have tiny veins and I’ll say that some of the workers here are more skilled at getting a good vein the first try and getting a fast drip going than other staff members are. However, all the staff are very friendly and personable. With a clean brain MRI and the neurologists saying they have no explanation for my week-long, recurring, severe fatigue cycles, this place has been basically saving my life for the last 5 months, no joke. Without these monthly Meyers cocktail IVs and methylated B12 shots, I would’ve lost my job long ago and been forced also to hire a nanny/maid to babysit my children, cook, and clean for me. I can’t say enough good about this place and the extremely wide variety of IV cocktails and additive options. They can help you with anything from energy levels and sleep issues, to weight loss, to inflammation and pain in joints etc. It’s even nice to just go get the immune boost IV when everyone around you seems to be coming down with COVID. Even just being fully hydrated makes a huge difference in how I feel. Just try this place. You will NOT regret it! Whatever your needs are, they can help. I think the post-surgery one is genius, as is the travel-prep or post-travel one. There’s IVs for all occasions. Just try it once and you’ll be sold. I’ve been to 2 locations of Prime IV but this one is my preference. It’s larger and thus more relaxing than the Traverse Mountain location in Lehi. The memberships are definitely fairly priced and a great value for the benefits I feel almost immediately upon leaving after my monthly IV. And I just have to say that I’m so grateful for the availability of alternative medicine options like this; especially considering how traditional medicine has completely failed me this past year both in terms of traditional medications’ being completely ineffective and doctors basically being stumped and saying this long list of neurological symptoms I have must just have a psychological cause. I gave these folks a 5-star rating but they deserve a 10 star rating. I have been a client for a little more than a year (August 2023) with two visits per month. I was hospitalized with COVID in January 2022 (ICU and recovery) and have long-COVID issues. It affected my heart, lungs, kidneys, platelets, and significant weight loss. Just before I started PRIME Ivin August, I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease and extensively suffering from fatigue. I was yawning by 2 pm and in bed by 6 pm and sleeping until 7 or 8 am the next day. I brought my blood work readings into the Pleasant Grove office and they recommended the Immunity drip with a number of other extras. After 3 months, my necessary sleep time was reduced from 12 to 14 hours per day down to 7 to 8 hours per day. By January 2024, I was able to get back into the gym with low intensity workouts. I credit this treatment with significantly improvements in my health and will continue the same treatment for several years to come. I love getting my IVs here. I suffer from hypovolemia and appreciate that they researched it and gave suggestions. I like that they're always looking to help me find the best match EVEN IF IT'S CHEAPER than what I might have picked. They're very helpful and money conscious even though it's more of a luxury service. They're the best and really care about their clients.

Update 7/2/2025 Prime IV gets a big thumbs-up from me! I have a membership because of similar experiences every time. Pyper, my infusion specialist, was friendly, paid attention to me needs and was good at helping made recommendations for what would be good options making my visit feel special. I was here for recovery from a pretty big fraction to a cleanse. I found the atmosphere clean and welcoming. The service was stellar as always and the staff's capability and warmth...
