Finishing Touch Salon — Attraction in Little Ferry

I have to say upfront that I am not at all handy with my own hair which is long and frizzy/wavy. I spoke with Patty in advance when I was considering coming to her for a keratin treatment. She was very patient with my questions and concerns and, ultimately I decided to try a botox hair treatment. She was pleasant on the phone, through text message contact, and throughout my appointment. I have been a devoted client of another salon who no longer provides this service and Patty voiced no concerns about me being a shared customer. I made Patty promise to keep my secret that I held off on washing my hair an extra day or so after my visit with her as I so liked how she had done it. The really amazing thing is, though, that now, thanks to this treatment, I can do my own hair well and have been receiving compliments on it. A million stars: Fantastic colorist and hair stylist!!!! I have been a client of Patty’s for more than 20 years, and can honestly say that Patty is one in a million. Not only is she an expert in hair coloring, but she truly cares about her clients and making sure they are happy. Patty has an amazing personality, and is always friendly and courteous. She will always make sure to confirm your appointment and is extremely accommodating if you need to reschedule or are running late. People like Patty are rare to find in this day and age, and I am eternally grateful that she is my hair stylist. I went to Patty for a keratin and a cut. She explained the difference between two different treatments she offers, the keratin and the hair botox. After we settled on a keratin given my specific needs, she got to work. Patty was warm, friendly, and attentive to all my concerns and requests. I had a good feeling but waited until I could wet my hair and see results to post my review. Happy to report it came out great! It looks so much better, cut down my styling time significantly, and I've already received compliments :) I highly recommend Patty and plan to go back to her again!
