My experience is as follows. I went to bedding mart at the Bowman location on Monday the 8th, July of 2013. I arrived around 6 and proceded to look at mattresses. We tried several before landing on a pillow top for a little over 2k. We ended up taking the zero percent financing though GE financial. "Doug" our salesman signed us up and away we went to await the arrival of our mattress a few days later. I decided overnight that I did not in fact want this mattress and instead wanted to look around a bit more. After calling and cancelling the order I was informed I would need to come in to be "refunded". When I asked for what refund as nothing was ever charged they stated I had to sign something regardless. I told them I would be in soon. Well, the next night I swing by and the other salesman "Doug" is there. After sitting around for 30 minutes waiting on him to figure out what I need to sign he says he doesn't know and I'll need to call the other "Doug" in the morning. Apparentally, there are two salesmen named 'Doug" there. Well, the next morning I receive a phone call from "Doug"...the one that sold me. Stating how I needed to swing in and he would be happy to refund the charge...although I need to make sure to bring back the mattress cover as they "cant just be giving away mattress protectors for free". They "will be happy to refund it just as soon as I come by". Well, sure enough I get there and the Doug that sold me is gone. However, his counter-part "Doug 2" is there to make a b-line straight for me like the mattress protector I have is the football in a superbowl game! I've never seen someone more excited to get a cheap mattress protector back! After handing it back he immediately informs me there is nothing to sign and it's all been cancelled. He acts as if there was never anything to sign at all. Just a waste of time to get me up there. If they wanted the protector back they could have just asked without having to lie. This was lie number two, .....the first time they told me it was cancelled I called GE fincial and they never did. The second time I have also called and it was not cancelled. In fact I have had to go into dispute for a mattress I will never receive. Luckily GE finance is very helpful in resolving this. However, bedding mart was quick to push a sale through despite a customer cancelling less than 24 hours later. I have also had to deal with off the cuff comments regarding my mattress choice at another location. Which if you are mattress shopping, deal with a real sales person. Because after they get your money they could care less....and they will show it. Go to Mattress King and talk with any of the ladies there. Much, much better experience and much more...

I was looking for a high quality FIRM mattress (yet-comfy/soft on top) spring mattress for our 'air bnb' that would not break the bank but also feel high quality and plush. Rich was not only so helpful, but he was knowledgeable about a topper (which he pointed me to buy off amazon, 'LUCID' with high recommendation from his friends and customers), a topper that makes a firm feel heavenly. Even without a topper the matress is heavenly, firm supportive yet so comfy on the top! He said it was because of the quality upholstery from Sealy on that mattress. The firm mattress I have from 'Bedding Mart' in Conway feels like a $1,500 mattress that I got on sale from $800 to $590. AMAZING PRICE FOR THIS QUALITY. I couldn't believe that after weeks of shopping I was in Bedding Mart for just less than 5 minutes, and this guy pointed out to me exactly what I needed. Incredible. I'm actually glad I went to 4 places here in Conway because all that shopping around helped me quickly realize that this was the most quality mattress and felt twice as expensive (felt like I was at Denver Mattress, which is also a great store btw), I could not believe it. Read moreI will never do business again with this Bedding Mart. The salesperson and manager, Doug Kennedy, was so rude to me I definitely would not recommend anyone going to this location. Me and my family have bought several mattress sets from various Bedding Mart locations in AR, so that's why I only went to this store when I needed to purchase a new one. There was an issue with my mattress when it was delivered and Doug Kennedy would not exchange it without me paying another $60 for delivery (when I live within 10 miles from the store). When I told him I thought it was unfair that I was having to pay for their mistake and they should exchange it for free, he told me that he "didn't even make $60 off of me to begin with since I only bought a $400 mattress". He then told me I could go rent a pick-up truck at Home Depot for $20 and do it myself. Such a gentleman to tell a single woman to haul mattresses back and forth herself!
