This place was super cute and looks like they have a lot of fun tea things and wonderful selection. However I now realize not to come here for a boba style tea. I had never been here and I asked if they had a lychee green tea, she said she used to have a lychee black but not anymore and suggested something else. So I asked if that was the closest thing to lychee and she said yes, so I said ok. After I payed, she just walked away and I was left feeling like, ok..? Is that it...? And then I just backed away slowly. Normally I like getting a receipt, and to be told something like “we’ll have that right out” or maybe “thank you..” but I guess that was it. They were super busy from the looks of it and people in line in front of me were leaving for waiting long. I’m pretty patient and understand when it’s busy, it means more time. I don’t ever right reviews, ever, but since I’ve been addicted to boba tea lately and on a Sunday “in-tea” was what was available in my area. I noticed the young chica that had my drink grab the straw with her bare hands at the mouth part, and that grossed me out a bit, I don’t know where her hands have been? The drink was so clear looking with very little boba at the bottom. I didn’t take a sip till I got to my car and was so disappointed! It tasted like water and boba! Where’s the flavor deliciousness? Ugh! I was just so upset, after waiting so long in there and from the look of the shop I thought, this is going to be soo good! I should have gone back in and said something. I debated it and said screw it I’m going to travel farther to find a better place. I would do 1 star but I did 2 because it was still a nice tea-filled looking place and really I just think this is not the place to get iced boba. I spent $7+ on water and little boba. So disappointing on such a cute little shop! (I don’t want to sound like a B, just sharing and describing...
Read moreWow I had never been here before and it was like Disney world for tea lovers. So many options, so many varieties I was honestly overwhelmed by the choice.
The employees were all incredibly warm and friendly and wonderful even though I tromped in on a cold, snowy day dragging in snow and muck on my boots as one does.
I was struck by how excited the employees were to share the tea with me. They were not at all annoyed or indifferent to me asking to see and smell 800 different teas. In fact they seemed delighted and giddy to show me their tea world.
The blonde girl with the pink beanie helped me today and I should have gotten her name in hindsight as she was an exceptional delight of an employee and I would love to give her a shout out by name. I was having quite a rough morning and she really brightened my day. I asked her what her favorite was and it just so happened to be a tea I had my eye on from the moment I walked in the door.
The teas are reasonably priced and delicious. The employees really seem delighted to help you discover a new favorite. They are knowledgeable and helpful and also just kind, warm and friendly people that brought a smile to my face.
I will be back! I purchased the cherry-almond black tea (if you love the almond flavor you will be in heaven) blueberry jasmine green tea (I actually came in to repurchase this one) and strawberry basil green tea.
This is located in downtown Littleton and close to a light so there is plenty of parking options and it is easy to locate. Their store front is spacious and warm...
Read morelove Love LOVE this place! I'm a huge tea drinker, I have a huge collection of different teas at home. Love the atmosphere. I've been coming here a lot and am finally writing a review. Reason being. The five stars are for everyone working there. You guys work your hardest and provide answers to any questions I have ever had! Five stars for the atmosphere because it's a cute, cozy little place that feels like home! Five stars for the food because I love a good cinnamon roll with my tea! However. What's making me write this review is I was in there yesterday to meet my friend, I was instantly greeted outside the building by three people who then proceeded to ask me if I worked there, if I cared about the environment, and why I support the business. I then, while trying to enjoy me tea with my friend, noticed those three people stopping customers and other people on their way inside the shop, leaving the shop or just walking by. When I first approached the shop, the three "protestors" were really nice up until they asked if I cared about the environment. When they asked, the tone changed. They got really pushy and were just downright rude and seemed "entitled." I never answered that question. I just walked inside and on my way in, the main person who was talking to me shouted "I hope your day is as wonderful as you are" in a very sarcastic tone. Been looking it up everywhere and I still have no idea why they were there as they never got to the point. Why are...
