Pho Real — Restaurant in Littleton

I have ordered from here several times in the past. Tonight, I picked up a to go order. When I got home, I found that my pho order was broth, meat, and noodles only. No sauce, no sprouts, no mint, nothing. I called them right away. They said they could not refund the pho, but would give me extra veggies next time. That makes no sense. They gave me a tasteless bag with none of the things that come with pho. I told them extra veggies next time didn't work for me. The manager told me, she was sorry, but that's all she could do. She couldn't refund the cost of my tasteless meal because her costs are high. Really?

This is the same place that has closed and locked the doors before their published closing time with my paid-for order inside. I had to knock on the glass to get my food, when they were supposed to still be open.

They apparently are not concerned about the cost of screwing over their customers. There are many other choices in Littleton for good pho. I highly recommend all of them. Very disappointed with the food and the customer service. I will drive farther from home for...

I have celiac disease and came here hoping to find something (shame on me for not looking harder so I made it a bit difficult for the staff) to eat. Yes the broth here is GF but there are items still on this menu that contain gluten, so if your are GF or celiac do have some precaution hopefully this beautiful soulI'm about to talk about is there to take care of you. I asked the server about the broth being being celiac safe and just due to a misunderstanding it wasn't really clear. Then this sweet sweet man (possibly the manager?) came over and I asked him about the pho being safe for me... to say this man is a saint is an understatement! He told me this unfortunate story of his wife being sick and due to some testing found out she has a gluten allergy. Great Pho Place! I love this place! They have amazing Bahn Mi sandwiches, I love the beef and chicken and my boyfriend loves the pork meatball. I also love the noodle bowls, great amount of food for the price and very tasty! For carry out Pho, if you've never done it before like I hadn't, they will give you all of the parts seperate and some piping hot broth, just add your raw meat and it will cook. Throw the broth in the microwave if it needs more heating up. And then add the rest of the parts to your bowl after the meat has had a chance to cook. Really great place. I highly recommend! Even if you've never had Vietnamese before get a Bahn Mi, they are amazing sandwiches, protein, pickled veggies, jalapenos and cilantro (I actually strongly dislike cilantro but it just works somehow!) just watch out for the jalapenos if you have a heat sensitivity!
