I would give negative stars for our experience tonight. Our server- I believe Christy- female, short hair half pink half brown serving the bar booths - was highly intoxicated and literally forgot every single thing we ordered. We ordered ice teas and water. She forgot to bring the water. Twice. We ordered an appetizer with chips and tortillas. She forgot to bring the chips. Twice. After placing our app order, she didn’t come back for 20 minutes, then finally did and we ordered our entrees. Then 20 minutes after that she came back and asked if wanted to order any food. We looked at her blankly and said “we ordered 20 minutes ago”. She gave a silent drunk look and walked away, came back with the mobile order tablet and said she forgot to put it in. I reiterated for the third time I’m vegan as I placed the order again. She said it would only be a minute. Did not apologize. Black out drunk. Food came 5-10 minutes later, my vegan meal covered in sour cream and cheese. I walked over the host stand and told the host, manager, and another server standing there that my server is so intoxicated she can’t remember a single thing we’ve ordered and asked if I could ask someone else to remake my meal, someone that could remember. No one reacted. Said sure. A new burrito came out 10 minutes later without the smothered sauce. No one came and checked on us. No one offered to comp any part of our meal. My partner talked to the “manager” upon leaving - male, long hair, red Hawaiian shirt - and he literally didn’t care. No reaction. Said “I talked to her a few minutes ago she is fine”. She was literally past the point of functioning. Terrible experience and the biggest lack of customer service and the worst response I have ever seen. We will not be back. Learn how to treat your customers and manage...

Run of the mill Mexican restaurant that’s average same slop sometimes it’s good being 3 stars at most nothing spectacular by a long shot!

Been coming here before the name change a few years ago and it was better! under the (Adelitas Littleton) Name! Friendly people back then but now it’s all about how much liquor

I had the steak fajitas and seems like no single cook can prepare Medium Rare steak fajitas! At this place so I would come on Taco Tuesdays for $1.00 dollar tacos but those days are over as they moved to $2 or $3 tacos but if you get a certain meat in the tacos on Tuesday it’s a up charge (no thanks) small tacos as I’m not a big guy by far but I would have to eat 25 tacos to be filled up but it would cost me $60 plus or more so for that kinda money I will go to a real restaurant! (Steakhouse) A real meal!

Waitstaff is 50/50 on friendliness if they are scheduled to work don’t show up to work in a bad mood or instant attitude cause a customer ask for better service (Waitstaff in general is not hard work) get real!

If you are not happy bad attitude bad service You won’t get anything close to a 5% tip let alone 15% tip to 20%

I stop going coming here and parking is terrible to find a spot to park for so so Mexican food! Extra charge for chips (no thanks) So there is plenty of...

Went on a weekend, there was a wait (which is understanding ) but the hostess let us know we may wait at a nice bar just down the street and enjoy some drinks and once we are ready to be seated we will receive a text message. We did appreciate this option so we wouldn't have to stand outside in the chilly night. So we walked over to Jakes bar and had one drink and we got a notification for our table, the walk back was nice because you had some time to see the other shops in down town Littleton. We got a nice table in the middle, with social distancing they have the tables separated which gives you nice privacy with your own guest instead of being crowded before covid. We were brought waters, chips and salsa. We ordered Ceviche for the appetizer. It was delicious! There wasn't much shrimp but the pico de gallo and juice were yummy on their own. I ordered a Steak Torta and a Pineapple Margarita with Tajin rim and I will be ordering this again when I go back! The hostess and waitress were both very kind and helpful, I left a good tip because the service was awesome even after we stayed a little late from the restaurant closing. Definitely recommend this restaurant, it has good drinks , delicious food , great staff and an enjoyable...

I really wanted to like it...we really like the patio... My wife and I went to Adelitas for lunch today, this was our second try. I ordered chips and salsa to start they were ok but nothing special, but unlike most Mexican style restaurants they charge extra for the chips and salsa. (BTW, this is not an inexpensive restaurant) My wife ordered a chili relleno which was good but not outstanding. I ordered fish tacos, the tacos were tasty and there was plenty of filling but they were served open-faced on soft corn tacos shells that were no bigger than 2 1/2 inches in diameter, there was no folding these over. Plus, there was nothing else on the plate, just three 2.5 inch tacos. About the service: The hostess was pleasant and another young lady brought us water. Then our waitress came over (this is where I'm going to catch hell). I'm old but I understand that young people want to be individuals, this twenty-something young woman looked like she had an inch of snot hanging from her nose. I'm sorry but it was not appropriate for a waitress serving food. (just my opinion) The Adelitas obviously doesn't agree with me. I don't think that I'll be going back anytime soon, way too many other choices in the Littleton area to waste my money here.

Adelitas KNOWS how to run a restaurant (and make delicious food). My husband and I are super fans of the original Adelitas on Broadway. We were thrilled when we found out a new location was opening minutes from our house. I have to admit, we were nervous that the second Adelitas wouldn't live up to the original. Spoiler alert: It so did. The food tastes just as amazing. I love Mexican food, but Adelitas puts other places to shame. The salsa is the best I’ve ever had. Ever. I sometimes buy a big jug of it (Yes, they will sell it to you. No, I’m not embarrassed.). Also, at some point during your Adelitas adventures, MAKE SURE you get the Molcajete bowl. It’s a standout. We dined here during prime time on a Friday—only its fifth day in business. For being a new restaurant, they hit it out of the park service-wise. There was one teensy mistake on our order (we didn’t care) and the waitress and manager were extremely apologetic. They even gave us a discount on our bill. Talk about excellent customer service! We were seated fast, the food was delicious and the whole operation was/is quite impressive. Go here. Do it. And don’t be embarrassed to ask for a jug of salsa.

Highlights: -The wait staff & hosts were great!! We really complicated things—came in as a group of three asking for a table for five. (Sat immediately, no wait!!) Then four more from our people came in, we considered splitting up into multiple tables, but the staff suggested we all sit at a long table to the side of the room. -Our food came out quickly and was amazing! When one of our group came later, he very promptly had his order taken and food brought out. Cautions: -Chips & salsa is $2.50. Just be warned it is not free. Sometimes they'll charge extra if you want mole or pipián sauce—for my order (shrimp tacos) it was $3 extra. So, just be prepared to spend money! -Another in our party got ceviche and it just had shrimp instead of ceviche-d fish like you would expect. -There wasn’t really A/C and it took a while to cool off from walking around outside. However, once we were sitting down for a while, it was a very comfortable temperature. -It took a while for us to get water refills. However, everything was delicious and everyone in our group really liked what they ordered! Thanks Palenque for a great experience.
