literally unethical clinic, doctors are there just to do advertisement for the products only!, the doctor wrote tretinoin 0.025% for me which she was trying to advertise the brand that they have in the clinc which I don’t want!! I want to get it with my insurance or (AT LEAST TRY TO PURCHASE IT WITH MY INSURANCE) which I already pay money for it!, she told me that she will try to do it but if my insurance will not cover it, I can come and purchase it from the clinc?, I told her that’s okay and I don’t have any problem with this Idea! , I went to the pharmacy to get the medication and they told me that they send a (prior authorization), and the day after I called the clinc to accept the prior authorization, Idk who she is but the woman who answered was veryy rude she told me exactly ( NO WE CANNOT ACCEPT ANY PRIOR AUTHORIZATIONS BECAUSE YOU CAN BUY THE MEDICINE FROM THE CLINC AND THE INSURANCE WILL NOT COVER IT), I told her (AND IF MY INSURANCE CAN COVER IT CAN YOU PLEASE ACCEPT THE PRIOR AUTHORIZATION??WHICH ALREADY THE DOCTOR TOLD ME ABOUTT!, I WAS SO RESPECTFUL , SHE TOLD NO IF YOU WANT IT YOU CAN COME BUY IT FROM THE CLINC) excuse mee!! so why the doctor send it to the pharmacy then!!! I don’t understand!! why you are wasting my time?, I tool an appointment which was 1 month wait and I couldn’t take the medicine because you don’t even want to try to help me??? I cannot afford it that’s whyyy I am trying to get with my insurance!, I think everyone in this country have the right to choose to get their medication from the pharmacy or from the clinc! so whyy we have pharmacis then?? what’s the point of itt!!!!, MY REQUEST WAS ONLY TO TRY TO DO YOUR JOB ?? MY REQUEST WAS ONLY TO TRY TO GET IT FROM MY INSURANCE !, is this what you do? is that your rule when you are a doctor or a nurse!! instead of helping people you are using them to pay for your products! you didn’t even give me the chance to try my insurance!! I told her that if my insurance didn’t work, I will come get it from the clinc?????, that’s unethical, how you call yourself a doctor or a nurse or even a place where people can seek help there!, people who are really have skin problems they cannot get their medicine from the pharmacy because the clinic will not allow you!. that’s (NOT FAIR). howw come you use your Job (which is really so important in our life) and use your patients to Just take money from them?? why we have insurance then! I am literally so disappointed and this was my first and last time in...

Horribly disappointed with there front desk personnel! I arrived for my visit and was treated rudely out the gate! The person checking me in was more focused on my appearance than allowing me to be seen. She looked at my hyphenated ID and told me I couldn’t be seen because my up to date insurance card isn’t hyphenated. I went on to explain I’d been a patient for years and was recently returned and that I’ve never incurred that issue and my referral is the same as my insurance which means I’m identified by my doctor. She said they were trying to prevent fraud! 🧐I’m wondering would that be because of my minority status! Her disposition leads me to believe that she would have handled that a lot more accommodating in another instance . Especially since she refused to ask a manager to come assist or verify me by calling my insurance. In 2023 businesses can’t afford this type of blatant disregard for patients care! Please take your business elsewhere if you want to be treated with dignity!

I’m appalled! Took off work to have this happen. If indeed this is a new policy I should have been informed prior to my visit! As the saying goes, don’t go where you’re not wanted. Trust me I won’t be back and I’ll do my homework and ensure that the next place I choose meets the standard of professionalism that I’m accustomed to and that ALL patients should have without bias. 0 STARS, I’m only giving 1 star because 0 isn’t an option! People are way too comfortable with performing to the lowest standards! I’m sorry it’s a NO for me! This is the second time I’ve run into an issue, I won’t be back! Lack of patient care, Customer Service, ability to problem solve all a ZERO! Literally! Classic Karen! Telling me she’s doing her job to prevent fraud! I’m now doing my job to prevent further prejudice to anyone else by asking anyone who supports advocating against injustice such as this to speak up and for management to hold staff...

Dr Seiger is your guy! Look no further,He is amazing with his mini face lift procedure that he has perfected over the years.Professional and bed side manners and his expertise are absolutely amazing! His staff from the moment you check in were so friendly and welcoming. It is an office setting which is very comforting and to top it off He has music playing in your room( mine was Christmas music because it was that time of the year) Which I loved. The bed was very comfortable with a cozy blanket- I was so excited and not nervous at all for the procedure. Leah his nurse was great - you will just love her. She was so fantastic and very comforting answering any questions that I had that popped into my mind. Here is one of the greatest parts - NO PAIN- just a few pokes of a local numbing agent. Dr Seiger and I chatted a bit through the procedure and I was very comfortable and very relaxed! He even sang a few lines of the Christmas music!! Lol It was such a great experience that I would highly recommend to anyone who is considering having this done. Dr Seiger's exceptional skills and his genuine compassion and professionalism along with his generosity is more then you will find anywhere!! The positive and remarkable results I got from Dr Seiger are more then I ever imagined. Book with him now you will be so happy you did!! Thank you Dr Seiger for all you did...
