Update: 4/30/25 5 stars tonight! Only one young lady serving and waiting on guests at 7pm, but she was very friendly and courteous. My smoothie tasted great, thank you!👍 This location is hit and miss, depending on who's working, and day of week . Tonight, was a very positive experience!
This location used to be great. Need better staff now, on wknd afternoons/evenings!! Went on Super Bowl Sunday, 5:15pm. Rewards member, and there was a Special promotion on bowl purchases that wknd.
Never greeted by young lady in front-never saw her before, maybe new(?) I asked "how you doing", and said "you have the bowls right"? She said "No we don't". Thinking she was kidding, I said "you're joking right"? Again she said, "No we don't have them today". Again, "you're serious?" Unfortunately, and I'm sorry to say, that was it for me that day, and I very curtly asked to speak to the manager. (This is not the first time I've been told they were out of bowls). A Young Asian looking male came from the back. Again, I asked how can you be out of bowls?? He said, "well we have the fruit, we're out of the "base". To which I quite rudely said "This has happened before here, I'm done", and walked out. I'm usually quite patient and understanding,, but I made a special trip just for a bowl, and that was the last straw. That "manager" and the employee working both lack customer service skills. All that being said, I've had previous outstanding service from Gavin and a couple other individuals that were great!!

Read moreI have been coming to this location since the day they opened. I love their smoothies and I usually have a great experience and interaction with the staff. Today was a lot different however, I waited in the drive through lane for roughly 15 minutes which I was okay with as I previously stated I love their smoothies. But when it was my turn the female employee on the other end of the speaker was snappy and rude as I ordered, when I pulled around to the window to pay she was not friendly whatsoever and again was snappy and short with me. I always make sure to treat all employees with respect and kindness in a drive through as I worked one for several years and I understand the stress. When I had finished the transaction, I thanked her and she gave me a very nasty side eye look. I couldn’t help but leave feeling not appreciated as a hardworking college student who chooses to spend my money on something that is normally a great experience for me. Read moreI like how you pick certain review comments and they get personal responses. But everyone else’s replies are basic, dry with an unconcerned tone. But I won’t be back to this location. Another situation: I’m dropping my daughter off for school, in the morning and I’m under the assumption you open at 7am. It’s 7:15, of course you’re not open. I also went to another location. I asked if they stopped making bowls at 7. They looked at me strangely. That pretty much answered my question. However, they did respond and say we don’t stop making bowls at a certain time. Not sure what’s going on at this location, but it’s one thing after another. I love Smoothie King. This location has turned subpar. No credit card transactions, no peanut butter, no service due to a truck being there, long wait inside because one person stays in the back while the other is doing all the work. I mean the last 3-4 months have been disappointing. I hope things can get back to how it is to be. I don’t want to drive to Allen Park!!! So you guys don’t have açaí bowls after 7? Come on!!!!
