On a summer day, when it was 90 degrees, I went to this Temple on Shorts. I was asked to comeout of the main hall and the person showed a notice that no shorts allowed inside the hall. They gave me a dhothi and asked me to put on. Even though I didn't have a problem doing it, for a min I was surprised, I started questioning myself about Baba's life style. Baba being himself a Fakir, always led a simple life and taught a moral code of love, forgiveness, helping others, charity, contentment, inner peace, and devotion to God and guru. He gave no distinction based on religion or caste. He had no love for perishable things and his sole concern was always self-realization. The same person was sitting on floor during Harathi time.. Love coming here but today it was a bit disappointing as the priest was on the phone the whole time we were there. Can understand if he needed us to wait for a few minutes but he never hung up all the time we were there . Needed an Abhishek done for Sunday & he didn’t even ask for name & when I pointed it to him, he just gave us a piece of paper & walked away.
