I’ve been here a few times. The first time I went maybe a half a year ago wasn’t bad. Last two times have been kind of terrible.. I’m describing tonight’s experience first because I hope this gets back to the woman who was working, who sadly I believe was the manager. She was rude as all hell. I’m minding my business getting cashed out just fine and she comes up demanding to see my phone for a coupon. The cashier said something to her and then she walked off, but not before giving me a dirty look first. Then she comes out to give me my food, with no smile. She hands me the pops, one of which proceeds to spill on my passenger seat because the lid wasn’t on it securely. NO APOLOGY WHATSOEVER. I apologized to HER for taking too long to take the second bag because I was dealing with the mess she didn’t bother to apologize or even offer napkins (which weren’t in the bag) for. On top of that, I was charged for four pops when I ordered and was given three, and I was charged for the three pies I ordered and received only two. No sauce I asked for was given. And the food was stale and lukewarm. Tastes good, but stale and lukewarm. This was the tip of the iceberg and moving forward I will drive the extra 5-10 minutes to go to a different location for better service.
Onto the prior experience from a few months back: the service was better (at the very least more courteous), but we were waiting a long time. And then one of the staff members was speaking to another staff member in casual conversation and decided to drop a very derogatory word that begins with an “n” that I will not type here. In front of my boyfriend’s 12-year-old. Ridiculous and sooo unprofessional, but at least they looked apologetic when they realized.
So yeah, I’ll not be coming back in person and they’ll be lucky if I even order delivery from this place again. Hopefully typing all this up is the kick in the arse this place needs...
Read moreYesterday only one person in front of me still waited over 10minutes it wasn't them but employees fault and you could tell it wasn't busy inside either. When I requested what would they do about the major wait where twice I was ready to pull out of line for their inconvenience. The young male manger instead of apologizing, owning up for horrible, horrible service....even at speaker kept being told please wait be with you in just a moment 'more like total of 20mins just to pay. And for inconvenience he did nothing but took my money and charged me for whole order and not once accommodated the situation or acknowledge they need to do something about this...there was no 'sorry for inconvenience' or 'we'll charge you for half the order after waiting behind only one person for well over 20min it was ridiculous and unacceptable of the management there yesterday late afternoon and the fact there was no long line =incompetent people working there. If the manager was empathetic and apologized while offering to charge for half orde that be $4.50 not $8.30 I might be willing to forgive and forget this matter but no and was rude. So yes I will never return and I hope this Burger King for actions towards customers due to their rude-unempathetic incompetent behavior both employees and management, well I hope it gets shut down there's no need for a none-fast respectful Burger King around corner to my house to stay in business after horrible experience even lady in front of me was upset both of us had places to go and this...
Read moreTonight I ordered dinner for my family thru the BK app. A very simple order. 2 cheeseburger kid meals, a number 1 with cheese, and 20 nuggets. My ordered came late, cold and very incorrect. There was a whopper jr (no cheese) meal instead of my whopper and no chicken nuggets. I called the store, and was told to call doordash. I called doordash and they told me because I ordered thru the BK app I had to resolve my issue with BK. I called BK back, an employee named Dustin answered the phone and was EXTREMELY rude to me, he would not let me tell him what DD said to me. He accused me of being rude to him and said he was hanging up because it was within his rights. I was nowhere near rude. I called back and even apologized if he thought I was being rude, it was not my intension I am just trying to get my kid's their dinner. He was still very rude to me and again ended up hanging up because "I needed to call DD and stop harassing him". I called back, this time upset but was still not being rude. I asked his name. He said it was Dustin, spelled it out for me and said if I call back again he was calling the police, and hung up. In tears I called back Doordash. Sat on hold for 36 minutes just be be told that I paid using the BK app and they do not have my card info on file, only BK could resolve the issue.
