BOUGHT EMPTY BOX OF ALLERGY MEDICINE --- May 4th: I went to CVS at 221 Main St, Lodi, NJ 07644. I purchased: 1 blue/yellow poster board, 1 Hyland's Allergy Relief, 1 Similasan Kid Allergy Eye Relief. After I paid, I got in my car, opened the Similasan box because my daughter and I needed eye drop. We drove home abut 40 minutes away. 4 hours later, at night, before bed my daughter and I was going to take Hyland's Allergy Relief. I opened the box to find out IT WAS EMPTY. May 4th night: I tried calling the store immediately, but it was already closed. May 5th: I tried calling the store again, but the store manager was not there. An employee asked me to call the next day. May 6th: I tried calling the store again, store manager was not there again. Manager on duty, Glamars, offer no help, offer no solutions. I asked her to REFUND my money or send me a new product, but she misunderstood me, she thought I wanted to return the product. This is an example of BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, a manager on duty who REFUSED to listen to customer's complain and offer NO SOLUTIONS. Or probably have selective hearing. This place is scary bad. I been told your prescription is being put together as we speak. I go there and I’m told they don’t have it and they are out. Also I lost my Covid card and the CDC says go back to the original location you received your vaccine and they will give you a new card. The manager here refused to give me a new card so I had to go to Walgreens and get the first shot all over again then the second. 3 vaccine shots because this place is incompetent. NOBODY EVER PICKS UP THE PHONE. ITS SO DISRESPECTFUL. IM SWITCHING TO Walgreens or Riteaid. I got script and the pharmacist said I’m 5 days too early. They send me a text saying it’s ready now they want me to show them my plane ticket which I can do but now they took the refill back. So the pharmacist claims to be better than my doctor. What POS.    Read moreI really wanted to give this pharmacy the benefit of the doubt but I should have listened to the poor reviews. I called the pharmacy last night and waited on hold for 30 minutes and eventually hung up. This morning I waited on hold for 20 minutes and decided to drive to pharmacy since no one ever came to the phone. When I arrived, I was greeted by the pharmacist who seemed annoyed that I was even there. She finally addressed me after five minutes asking if I had a prescription to pick up. I responded, “I hope so since I’ve tried calling twice.” It was clear she didn’t care about that. Only 4/5 of my prescriptions were filled because they told me that they needed to call my doctor to confirm the prescription. My doctor did not receive such notification and after reviewing my prescriptions online, it’s clear that they simply did not have it in stock. It’s a very common prescription. Now I am on hold with them trying to transfer my prescription. I’ve been on hold for 15 minutes....
These reviews should be alarming to the management team on-site and should be addressed...
