I have been coming to this nail salon for nearly 2 years and I had one bad experience about a year ago with the quality of my pedicure (the polish looking bad) and then today I had a very bad experience, which was disappointing because it was my last visit there due to moving. I asked for nail art when I came in. The manicurist was doing my toes, and she seemed to be rushing through the pedicure. Once it got to the nail art I showed her three pictures of designs I liked. She said one of them she couldn’t do because it was gel, which wasn’t true because I’ve had my manicuring license for 12 years and have done the same design without gel.. but they always try to upcharge you to gel for more money regardless. Finally we picked a design. She started to do it and then messed up so she took off all my polish and started over. I couldn’t see the design very well and it was supposed to be two colors. She only did one color and then said she’d rather not do the second color because she wasn’t good at the nail art. I was curious why she’d even attempt to do nail art knowing she’s bad at it and why she didn’t have someone else do the nail art instead of attempting it herself. After she was done she asked if it was okay and I said yes but then I got a closer look and noticed how horrible it looked. It looked like a two year old tried drawing on my toe and it was uneven and smeared and looked horrible. I sat there and she walked away and started on someone else so I couldn’t get her attention. The manager, owner or whatever he is, walked by and I told him I was unhappy with it and would like for it to be removed and just painted one solid color. He looked at it and basically told me it was fine and acted like he didn’t see anything wrong with it. I told him I didn’t want to hurt her feelings and was hoping someone could just paint it a solid color. He then told me the reason it looked like that was because I didn’t get gel. Which again isn’t true because I’m a manicurist myself. We sat there and went back and forth and he acted like I was putting him out so I told him to forget it and I’d go home and repaint my toes myself. He didn’t charge me for the nail art (which is like $3, woopty doo) but told me “I could use their polish and paint it myself” - instead of just getting one of the others running around cleaning to just paint it for me and be done with it. I was pretty upset because I’ve been a loyal customer for so long and never complain about anything. The one time I speak up, no one cares to help me. So I wasted almost $40 on a pedicure I’m unhappy with and embarrassed of because it looks so bad. I just don’t understand why they couldn’t have just taken it off and painted it a solid color. It would’ve taken less than 3 minutes to fix. It is the worst pedicure I’ve ever had and I’m upset that my loyalty to them meant nothing. I’ve brought countless friends into their business as well and always leave a generous tip. Needless to say, I’m not going back there because I’m moving, but even if I wasn’t that was enough to keep me away. Sad stuff.

I’m not sure how I feel about this place. I read all the wonderful reviews and was really looking forward to my appointment, but it was sadly not what I had expected. Here is a breakdown of my appointment: I arrived a few minutes early for my appointment, as I was in line waiting, there was a customer who was upset about her service. She was upset that the shape she received was an extra cost and said that nail shaping is a standard with every acrylic appointment. I agree with her. I get checked in and the host sits me down at my nail techs station, I sit down right at my appointment time. Unfortunately, my nail tech came over around 5-10 minutes after I sat down, and she did not seem like she was having a good day. She seemed far along in her pregnancy and gave me the impression that she was very uncomfortable. While she was prepping my nails, she was on the phone, and she seemed very frustrated at who she was talking to which made the experience very awkward. I kept reminding myself of the good reviews and was trying to stay optimistic. She didn’t really speak to me throughout the appointment, and I wasn’t wanting to make casual conversation since she was still very tense. At the end of the appointment, she asked me if I liked my nails, and I said yes. Since she seemed very rushed and frustrated, I wasn’t about to tell her I didn’t really like them. After inspecting them more closely at home, my nails look very uneven. When looking at them at eye level from the side, you can see bumps where too much and too little acrylic was applied. The nails are thin and feel like they will break soon, they look like press on nails. The most disappointing part of this whole experience was having to pay over $100 for these nails and this experience. I will credit that the design looks good. I will add photos of how my nails turned out compared to the photo I showed her.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent visit to this salon. I came in on Saturday for a manicure and pedicure — a gift from my spouse to celebrate a new job — and was hoping for a relaxing experience. Unfortunately, it was anything but relaxing. When I first sat down, I immediately felt unwelcome; despite the salon being nearly empty, my pedicure technician looked irritated by my presence. Before my pedicure even began, another employee started doing my manicure at the same time, which made it difficult to relax. Because she worked only from one side, she kept tugging my arms across my body in ways that aggravated my spinal injury and arthritis, even after I mentioned the discomfort. I had also requested the mid-level pedicure, but I was still charged for the highest tier without my consent. The service itself fell short as well: the “massage” portion was little more than lightly applying lotion, and I left feeling tense and sore rather than refreshed. On top of that, while my toenails looked nice, my manicure was poorly executed and began chipping and lifting within a day and a half. At one point, I tried to turn on the massage chair, but the technician’s irritation with the vibrations was obvious. To make the process easier — and because my neck was already hurting from being twisted — I ended up turning it off myself. That small moment really summed up the entire visit: instead of being able to enjoy some rare time for myself, I felt rushed, uncomfortable, and even in pain. What should have been a celebratory and relaxing experience left me upset and physically sore. I left in tears, and I would not recommend this salon based on the service I received. Oh btw, I spent $178 on this service, without acrylics…. This was just paint on my nails

Consumer Beware! These people will try to scam you! They attempted to deceive me into paying for a product that i did not request. I went in for a rebase on my fullset which i got from another shop. I asked the girl on the phone how much the rebase would cost and she said they start at 24.99 and go up from there depending on what extras you get. I went in to the shop for my appointment and as soon as i walked into the shop the girl at the front counter asked me to have a seat and brought over a pile of color swaths for me to choose from. She shoved them in my hands rudely and walked away. She said absolutely nothing about these colors being an additional $20 charge. I was under the impression that these were the regularly priced colors because she did not indicate that they were extra. I went back to the booth for my appointment. The gentlemen who provided my service was nice, offered me water, and did an excellent job. Again the entire time i was at the appointment he did not mention that the colors i was choosing from were extra. I chose my color and he completed my service. He did a great job and he is the only positive part of the entire experience. I went up to the cash register and the girl read my total as $45, to my surprise. I was perplexed and asked why and she informed me because i had gotten a gel. I told her that at no point had anyone informed me that i was getting a gel. She said that their regularly priced colors were on a wall in the back of the store. At no point did anyone inform me of this. They hide these colors at the very back of the shop and as soon as you walk into the establishment they hand you the upcharged options without informing you. I told her that this practice was extremely deceptive and shady business. The manager told me that if i didn't want to pay for the gel color that she would have the guy take it off and paint my nails with regular color. What a joke! I told her it wasn't about the money and that i would pay the extra $20 but the issue was how deceptive and shady they were about it. The girl behind the counter was incredibly rude through this entire process. She had such a terrible attitude and got argumentative with me. She absolutely did not inform me that the products she handed me were extra and then tried to say she did. These people are shady and rude. They are not upfront about their prices and they hope that they will be able to upcharge people without their consent and that no one will say anything about it. This is a despicable way to do business. Take your money...

tldr: BASICALLY don’t come here. they’re rude when they mess up. blame it on you when they’re at fault. literally felt like we were in the wrong when we overpaid for sloppy work.

I’ve been here a couple of times for a pedicure with gel french tips, and they were good experiences. I decided to go back recently and get my usual funny bunny with french tips on my toes. This last time I went was atrocious. The polish did not cover my whole toe nail, the tips were uneven due to the uneven filing of my nails, and it was even messy around my cuticles and neighboring skin. I went home and examined all of this to my demise. I even filed my nails to be straight, which took off most of the french tips. I went with a couple of my friends, and both of them shared the same dissatisfaction with their services as well. They both got dip and wow I’ve never seen something that looked like it was reaching its end when it was just applied. It literally looked like they got it done months ago when it was just applied.

Because we were unsatisfied and disappointed with our nails and their service, we called to schedule an appointment to fix it. We would’ve let it go; however, I paid $82 incl. tip for this and my friends paid $72 for their dip. I’ve gotten a lot better for a lot less, so I know what I should be getting for the amount I am paying. So me and my friend (the other one couldn’t make it as she left the country; believe me she would’ve been here if she could) went in and were literally greeted with such hostility. We were shocked because the way this lady with the Alo shoes was talking to us was as if we were slow and unaware of how nail salons work. She gave her whole speech about dip being thick for a reason (dip should be thinner than acrylic?), and wow did she give me an earful about the funny bunny polish. She said “even my best nail tech couldn’t do funny bunny without it being streaky or needing less than three coats” instead of sympathizing with us and acknowledging the fact that the nail salon was at fault. WHO EVER BLAMES THE CUSTOMERS WHEM THEY WERE JUST SITTING THERE? I honestly would’ve let this all go and not write a review, but the way we were being treated for taking more time out of our day to have them fix what they messed up in the first place was so demeaning and unnecessary. Basically, don’t come here. You’re going to overpay for something that can be done really...
