California Dinner Cruises — Attraction in Long Beach

Nikki Ross and the team at Harbor Breeze are fantastic to work with! I worked as Project Coordinator for a local non-profit economic group on a conference that took place this past April. This was our 2nd annual conference of this kind and we've used Harbor Breeze for both conferences.

For this portion of the conference, our goal is to give our attendees a firsthand look at the bustling Port of Long Beach. Part of the tour includes an indoor speaking presentation and panel discussion that ends with our guests on the exterior of the vessel to really take in the Port and to connect with the information they've been given during the panel.

From start to finish, Nikki was very communicative around the logistics of the event and anticipated all of our group's needs - from offering a snacks & beverage package to the logistics of AV and seating needs. Nikki went above and beyond, even making sure that we understood how to get to the tour during the Grand Prix road closures!

The captain of the ship was excellent and understood the purpose of the tour, in terms of which route to take our group in order to enhance the presentation. Where the team went above and beyond in this aspect is that we were running a bit behind schedule to get to the tour and we needed to stick within a timeframe for the rest of our conference events. Nikki and the captain made sure that we could modify the tour to fit our needs and the timing.

We received nothing but positive feedback from our group about this portion of the conference. Our attendees enjoyed the ease of the boat trip as well as the route and the richness of information provided on the tour.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Harbor Breeze Cruises for our MIMEDX dinner cruise! From start to finish, the entire team was incredibly accommodating and flexible, making sure that everything went smoothly and exceeded our expectations. Originally, we had booked a smaller boat, but due to the overwhelming popularity of the event, Harbor Breeze seamlessly upgraded us to the larger Triumphant — and what a difference it made! The boat was spacious, elegant, and provided stunning views of the harbor.

The planning process was made so easy by the Harbor Breeze team. They were professional, communicative, and willing to work with us every step of the way to ensure our event went off without a hitch. The staff was attentive and friendly throughout the evening, making everyone feel comfortable and taken care of.

As for the event itself — wow! The atmosphere was amazing, the food was delicious, and the service was top-notch. Everyone had a wonderful time, and we’ve received nothing but glowing feedback from our guests. It was truly a memorable experience that we’ll all cherish.
