Her dedication to ensuring residents have a positive living experience is commendable. I've never encountered such a responsive and caring manager in all my years of apartment living! The complex itself is a true oasis within the bustling city of Long Beach. The beautifully rooftop set up is a great place to invite family & friends to hangout for a cook out and well-maintained buildings create a serene atmosphere that makes it feel like an escape from the city's hustle and bustle. The property is immaculately clean, and I've always felt safe here, which is of the utmost importance.

When I first began looking for an apartment, I debated between a few other communities in downtown Long Beach. When I first arrived, I was greeted by a ray of sunshine named Joey. In the first 10 minutes of the tour I knew this was my new home. The positive energy in the building is infectious. It may sound cheesy but, for someone going through a difficult time in my life, being surrounded by friendly, genuinely happy people was refreshing. In the time I have spent here, I have met so many friendly people, fellow young professionals in a varying array of careers. Joey truly cares about his residents and makes you feel more like family. I had such a great experience living at 442. I had a 15 month lease in a Jr 1 bedroom on the first floor. Overall, I felt very safe and secure which is very important for me since I am a single female living in a downtown area. Since the building is tucked in the back it didn't have as much visibility to the public. My neighbors were all great. Everyone is friendly and minds their business. The amenities are good and I took full advantage of the rooftop. However, the gym is very mediocre. There are plenty of gyms that are walking distance so that was never really a big issues for me.
