Several produce stalls, several with cakes, at least one fish (there was a whole octopus in there, not sure how the pricing on that compairs) bread, honey, vegan dips, tea, oil (?) crafts, soaps, wood carved items, jewelry, and a grip of food stalls. I'm pretty introverted so I dislike being offered samples for the most part and mostly pricing wasn't posted but verbal which I'm also not a hung fan of. I bought honey (for which prices were posted and reasonable) I DIDN'T buy a dozen eggs, The price for that was not posted but it was $12 for a dozen when I asked and that is $4 more than I bought them for in Fullerton a week ago. I only asked one of the vendors kind of assuming the other might be actually the same vendor or that they wouldn't be that far apart in price across the walkway from each other. But that same vendor had very reasonable prices on vegetables. I got fennel carrots and two red onions for $9 and I did pay $15 for three pints of raspberries which looked good. There were some good looking strawberries that I didn't ask for a price on and the sourdough looked pretty good but she was friendly and I'm really that shy. 😅 Next time. Also, I got here at about 6:00 p.m. I think they close at 7 and part of my rating here might be the traffic I drove through to get here and that's entirely my fault because I think they opened up at 3:00 p.m. this is also sitting right next to a park. There was plenty of parking close by and there are a bunch of picnic tables there where people are enjoying the food that they purchased in the food stalls. I'm a vegetarian so I'm personally not very big on food stalls and didn't really check that out but...

Read moreThe Farmer's Market had a wonderfully happy vibe with live music, a beautiful water view, and a grassy area for picnics and family fun. The produce offerings were not as abundant as the Saturday Long Beach Marina Farmer's Market but there were many prepared food stalls with a plethora of International and specialty choices such as Himalayan, Peruvian, Argentinian, Vegan, Rotisserie chicken, shakes/smoothies, bakery, crepes, shaved ice, and more.
There were a few clothing and accessory vendors to round out the experience.
Around 7:15ish the produce vendors start putting away a few things. The market closes at 8:00. Also, plenty of nearby street parking and plenty of cute dogs...
