Marina Pacifica — Attraction in Long Beach

They have a great Ralphs with decent prices unlike most and a variety of stuff especially in reduced aisle. I can't tell you how many times I've had to prepare a potluck or small party and found things that could stretch the budget and still Be fresh. They have the friendliest customer staff of any routes that I've come across in my travels. Ralph has very good staff at all their stores but these at this mall there Cracker Jack staff are like on top of it including the manager! The Barnes & Noble store is good people are willing to help you. Having a really nice experience. Today I tried also fantastic it's a Burger & sandwich type of shop been there since 1979 I had to go take out do to the pandemic. They were accommodating they were sweet the person that was assisting mean Nelly was pretty and Charming and took my order and was a great Greek omelette with hash browns and toast was great. And she walk me out free orange juice cuz I said I already had coffee in the car but she wanted me to have it. I was touched. I'll have to come and get a burger or all the variety on their menu another time I was extremely impressed making for a great starting a good day. I have to see the other stores at another time but first impressions can be good! But I've been to this Ralphs before still...

This is a very handy shopping plaza for my everyday needs such as groceries, books, coffee, and the occasional new pair of pants. Online commerce apparently forced the hand of early closure of the Best Buy previously located there, and amc theaters did not stand a chance with a United Artists theater only 3 blocks away. Plenty of new shops and eateries to be open soon with new construction just across the street. And Ralph's has yet to displease me at any location, and this one is no exception. The check out and cashier personnel are friendly and hospitable. On two of my three visits thus far since moving to the neighborhood, I have had one cashier spot me a bag from her "personal supply" and another spot me the 17 cents I was short in cash so that I did not have to put my orange back on the shelf. And while I have been to many nice places and met some really nice people in southern California as a whole, those small tokens of kindness that have been extended to me as a courtesy in my time of need during this relocation and transition, have shown me that Los Angeles is filled with angels and sweethearts and Long Beach is a great place to call home. Now, we just have to figure out how to repurpose the vacant Best...

This is a gem! Patio dining regulations are in force in CA so have been trying out new places.

Arrived about half hour after opening, was seated at a table right away overlooking the docks and harbor. Very nice location!

Our waitress would have fit in at a 5 star resort. She was attentive and inconspicuous. Drinks were always topped off even if you didn't see her do it. The food was spectacular! Cooked to perfection and loaded with flavor. Even the flan for desert was fresh!

The pricing is a bit more than some places, but we definitely felt that it was a great value for the food and the wonderful experience they gave us.
