Bricks On Main — Attraction in Longmont

Review for the Coworking @ Bricks space— reserved a day but had to cancel 24hrs in advance due to my kid being sick. They said they would refund minus a cancellation fee…then asked if instead I could just rebook…I told them I would like the refund since I don’t know if/when I would work there in the future….and now they are ghosting me. Haven’t received a refund or any other comms despite them being very responsive at first.

Update - I have only received a response from you via email because of this review. Only option offered to me was to rebook so you could avoid credit card fees, which would not work for me because I don’t know when I’ll be back. After that, radio silence.

I have been following up via email for 2 months with no response. So though I would not want to have to go this route, it seems it was the only way to get a response. Also not understanding why I would need to come get my refund in person when the purchase was made online?

Hopefully protocols will be different for future customers. Updating to two stars because you have responded now, but really dissatisfied with this whole experience. I don’t like the approach of making it seem like it’s on me that you never responded to my emails or providing the refund you...

I love the Bricks store in Longmont! They have a lot of things to look at, everything is quality and often locally made, including my husband's math manipulative toy called Zometool, made at his factory on Boston Ave. One of my favorite things at Bricks are the beautiful hand carved wooden flowers, which look so real! Whether you are a local yokel or visiting Longmont from elsewhere, stop in and take a look! There are lots of options here for Christmas...

My husband and I went to Bricks last night for the first time and had an absolutely amazing night! They had a live Duo named R&D radio (Rocco & Dan)playing for a couple of hours and they were amazing! Their energy and their sound was insane! You have got to check them out and I hope Bricks has them back again & again! So fun! Thank you Bricks for a great time & awesome...
