The apartments are fine, but all amenities that make this place good are closed, so I wouldn't recommend living here for the next year.
Most importantly - malpractice of the management makes this place DANGEROUS TO LIVE in. I have moved to DaVinci last summer in a place of a guy who lost his job due to Covid. When making an agreement with DaVinci and my fellow tenant, no one bothered to tell me that the guy - who was leaving and whose place I took - left a massive debt on the apartment and by signing the contract I take the ownership of a debt of over 6k together with other two tenants. When I got to know about the debt 4 months later, I tried to solve the issue with tenants and DaVinci. I chased the guy who left and my other roommates to sign on paper that I am not liable for the owned money. And later asked DaVinci for the same as they hid that information from me while signing a contract with them. With an understanding that pandemic is hitting everyone I tried to stay sympathetic that lots of apartments have debts now, so I imagined that this information might have slipped from DaVinci attention and I asked them for an apology and some form of confirmation that they didn't inform me of that and they will not chase me for that money. Contrary - even thought they are aware of their mistake they declined to provide me with any assurance and said that I should have got to know it while signing a contract with them. When I said that I didn't have an access to the books of the apartment before signing a contract so I couldn't have checked that before - they didn't know what to say about that. But still declined to make any action. Now I am left with 6k debt for the three of us, from a guy who left the apartment with a hope that the other two tenants will grant their promise to pay that debt back. The situation is ridiculous - I have been living in different places in the world and in different condominiums - never before happened something like that - to be screen checked thoroughly by the complex but not to be informed that there is a whooping debt on my apartment that I will acquire by signing a lease with them. And after it has been discovered - not having decency to propose any solution to get out of that mess. WATCH OUT - with them you don't know what you may sign into. In my case - the only solution might be a small court as they don't feel responsibility for the problem. Even if I have to pay, I will bear that debt, but it's incredibly frustrating that DaVinci takes for granted that they can do whatever they want without staying accountable in any way. And if no one ever files in these situation, they don't bother to provide...

I’ve been a resident here for over a year, and last night’s Movie Night hosted by Joseph Cook completely renewed my faith in what this community could be.
To be honest, my experience living here hasn’t always been pleasant. From cleanliness concerns—trash left at the chute, hallway clutter, dog messes, the pool repeatedly shut down due to misuse—it’s often felt more like a frat house than the refined living experience I imagined when I moved in. As a woman who values peace, order, and integrity, it’s been disappointing to watch the standards slip.
But last night? Chef’s kiss.
The movie night was absolutely exceptional. The theater looked stunning—clean, inviting, and beautifully decorated. The snacks were thoughtful, the layout intentional, the energy warm, the ambiance luxurious. Even the music and lighting felt perfectly curated. It was a rare moment where everything just clicked.
What I appreciated most was how Joseph Cook led with grace and structure. Showtime was at 5:00, and he set the tone beautifully—encouraging residents to arrive a little early, mingle, grab snacks, and then settle in. The respect for time and order was refreshing. And the best part? Everyone respected the space. The theater was left nearly spotless afterward—no trash everywhere, just a few pieces of popcorn. That alone speaks volumes about the environment he cultivated.
This is the kind of leadership and hospitality that breathes life back into a community. It reminded me that maybe, just maybe, there’s still hope for this place when people like Joseph are given room to create experiences that inspire pride and respect.
After a long workday, it was such a joy to just come downstairs, stay close to home, and still feel like I was “out” enjoying something special. Thank you, Joseph Cook, for restoring the vibe. I truly hope to see more events like this—because this is what home should feel like.

Read moreI went to the divinci for a tour yesterday. First, no one was there to actually give a tour. We had an appointment and had to wait 20 minutes. This left Mike (I believe this was his name, he had tattoos and dark hair and complexion) the manager to give me a tour and he apparently was not too happy about this. He was extremely awkward and unwelcoming throughout the 5 minute walk through of the building. He was somewhat nice and normal while we were in the actual apartment unit looking and only then did he make conversation. I also have a emotional support service animal that he told me would have to be vetted by their team of corporate lawyers and would be subject to their final approval. I have never had to do this before with my service animal. Usually you provide your paperwork and a picture of your animal and it goes into your file; and in fact at every other apartment I looked at that was indeed the case. They did not have to have their team of lawyers contact my health provider and then make their decision whether or not I was able to rent from their apartment. Mike then said he would email me "a ton of info and paperwork"....he never did. So, to sum up my experience with Mike and the Divinci apartments this did not leave me feeling great. I felt there was a potential for a discrimination against me for my service animal and for some reason was not given the respect future tenants should receive when touring an apartment that holds itself within higher caliber than other establishments similar. The apartments are nice but the lobby was dirty and rugs were stained....which leads me to believe the maintenance of the building must be lacking. Hope this helps to future tenants looking for places. There are many other luxury apartments in the area who have nice, courteous, and respectful employees that will make your time there comfortable...
