While you can get good Knafeh at Knafeh Cafe in Anaheim, they tend to make one large sheet of it, and then reheat a slice for you when you want a small slice. At Mrs. Knafeh, she'll make you knafeh to order (either crispy or original). It may take some time (hey, it's made to order!), but it'll be very fresh and delicious.

She also has various sweet atayef (similar to an empanada). I like the sweet cream the best, but there are lots of different fillings to try.

The Dubai chocolate (available in dark, semi-sweet, or white) is great as well (but should be eaten right away or refrigerated).

She has a little bit of outdoor seating available (two tables).

Let me tell you about this hidden gem!!! I barely write any reviews but this one is DEFINITELY worth it!! You guys won’t understand until you try it but I’ve never tasted something like it in Cali.. The knafeh is truly addictive, the cheese pull is next level, and the karak tea calms me down and just takes me to places, one of them is Home!! It’s made hot fresh right in front of you.. no weird unknown ingredients and the warmth and good vibes of the place is always a treat to my day! The service is impeccable, the lady is super clean, welcoming and friendly, and she simply offers you a taste of the culture and food all in one little dessert! Maaaan it is sooooo good that writing this is making me crave it right now!
