I bought the sweet and they told me that this is fresh it’s for today and then when I went home, my kid eat it and showed me dad what is this and there was a mole on it and when I went inside, she was like no this is the color of the sweet and the flavor is old and sour, and she disrespect me and she was like oh you just came from Iran that’s why you’re acting like that. I don’t recommend this place at all if I could give zero I would give zero.

I would have given them 5 stars if only they didn't erase the expiration out of their expired products and selling them afterwords. This "pesekZman" taste and feels expired No coming back there ever again. I guess their profit worth better than their customers health

Terrible manager, Lily sitting their not willing to help customers! Even worse the owner was sitting next to her too!!! I needed a gift for my Israeli friend, I am not from Isreal so I didn't know how it looks like, so I went to the cashier (LIly was standing next to her) they told me its over there, showing me a huge section with 100 items, I couldn't find went back to Lily and she said it called XX its there, pointing me the same section, I went back, couldn't find, a gentleman who was working there was nice and saw my frustration and went to Lily and asked her to come for help, no one came, I went back to her again, this time little frustrated, Suleiman the owner I believe was sitting next to her, I said I appreciate if you move and show me the product! she wanted to move first, but because I said you need to move for customer, she sat down again and said I can't move!! So here: this is why you receive this review and this is why you are FAT!!! MOVE!!! :))) I went to Glatt Market, the next door the owner helped me as usual and they are very nice, and I did my shopping there!!! This is why they get 5 star, Mr....

This is where I come for fresh produce and meats at incredibly affordable prices. It can get busy/crowded in here and the old Persian women will sometimes yell at you in Farsi if you take up too much room in the aisle (kinda cute, actually), but overall this place is an awesome cultural experience which can only be had in LA, and it offers a lot of good deals for a neighborhood grocery store. Best time to shop are weekday mornings, and it's busiest on Friday evenings (insane during/near Jewish holidays) and all day Sunday - closed Saturdays. They have a small parking lot in the back which always seems to be full, but I find street parking either on Pico or the side streets. If you live nearby just ride your bike here, that's how I...

Deserves no stars, everyone there is rude ( the customers and the staff.) No one has patience. Everyone is pushing to get items and bumping into each other, no one says ‘excuse me’ or be a decent human being. Too many customers thinking they have some sort of superiority and are stuck ups, it’s disgusting.

Do you gain something for pushing and bumping into someone? Having no patience just because you want the same item as others, so you have to push? Just because you have no patience for the workers bagging someone’s else’s cart so you have to reach over and push them to pay for your items, when someone else’s item was still being bagged?

If anyone wants to get pushed or bumped into like it’s Black Friday, go to...
