Reassuring Help During a Summer Holiday

My daughter needed assistance in a part of Los Angeles she was not familiar with. I did a Google search for towing facilities in the area. Jb’s Towing saved the day! Jose and his Team were able to tow my daughter’s vehicle. Time from my initial call, to my daughter speaking with Jose, to a tow to the gas station happened within a 30 minute timeframe. Speaking from experience of having roadside assistance that has taken 1-2 hours during a weekend or holiday, this was very impressive.

Towing fee was responsible. Service was prompt and very courteous. If towing service is needed again in this area, I know who to call.

Jose towed by 2024 Porsche 911 to Porsche South Bay safely despite service denied by AAA Tow service . My car was in an under ground parking lot that was too difficult for AAA Tow the service was declined. Jose and his helper worked a miracle and got the car out of the garage without any problems. Great service! Jose was very communicative about the drivers arrival time, from how long he’s going to take to when he was about to arrive. His driver Rudy was also very nice and helpful by helping me ask around to where to drop off my car at the dealer.
