The overview: Wonderful experience from start to finish. Dr. Kian Karimi is a true professional and really one of a kind in this field -- from expertise to attitude and service. I'm glad I did my research and chose him to perform my surgery which was both aesthetic and functional. I'm 6 weeks post-op and already seeing beautiful results!

Keep reading for more depth: When I say I did my research, I mean months of relentless reading. I wanted a doctor with proficiency in both otolaryngology and facial plastic surgery. While I had some options in my hometown, Las Vegas, the only ones I felt fit the bill were reviewed by close friends of mine to have arrogant attitudes that treated their patients like numbers. I didn't want to spend money to consult with doctors that treated my friends this way. Dr. Karimi consulted with me complimentary via skype initially so I could get a feel for things. He made me feel comfortable immediately, and his bedside manner remained as such throughout the process. He listened to all of my concerns with sincerity and addressed all of my needs.

I had a rhinoplasty, septoplasty, balloon sinuplasty, and turbinate reduction during the procedure. I'm already breathing better and don't have the daily facial pressure and pain that I was having for so long! I'm also loving my new look and continue to enjoy subtle improvements daily.

The office is elegant and tastefully decorated. Pay-for-parking wasn't ideal, but they do provide some compensation to assist. Staff is upbeat and friendly (and seemed genuinely excited for my results). They were also really helpful during the process of getting approved time off from my job for adequate recovery. The surgery coordinator, Marilou, was also incredibly helpful with coordinating everything through my insurance and assuring me that I would be well taken care of!

This was worth the out of state travel, as this experience has been great all around. I would highly recommend to all friends and family looking to address all of their ENT & facial plastic...

I have so many amazing things to share about my experience with Dr.Kian and his amazing team. Last year I underwent a rhinoplasty with Dr. Kian to address both functional and aesthetic issues~ it was the best decision I could have made for myself! The events leading up to this decision: In 2021 I underwent a septoplasty elsewhere which left me with (worse) compromised breathing and a cosmetic issue, that I later found out is called Saddle Nose Deformity. This happened to me because the previous doctor in 2021 was too aggressive with my surgery- my nose was not functional afterwards, over time the shape of my nose changed too. I was devastated and felt hopeless. For years I thought about getting a rhinoplasty as it affected my daily life so much- anxiety, I couldn't enjoy exercise like I used to, my confidence fell flat. I've been working as a model since my teens and I was nervous to get this procedure fearing unnatural results... My hope was restored when I met Dr.Kian. Last year in August I decided to meet with him for a consultation and I told him my story. He was more empathetic than any doctor I had seen about this issue, he was the most informative, and assured me that these issues could be addressed. He advised me through a surgical plan to open up my airways and to fix the saddle nose deformity- I felt completely confident in his expertise (and relieved to have found him). I am now one year out and I love my nose(!!)- I can finally breathe well and I feel like myself again! The changes are minimal but impactful! Natural and exactly what I had envisioned. Also, the surgery itself was so easy and painless! I was really well taken care of and he even sent me a video of my results on the table once I was a few days into recovery. So I knew what it was going to look like, which really made me feel at ease during the whole process of recovery. I 100% would recommend Dr. Kian to anyone looking to improve functional and aesthetic concerns! He is truly amazing and his team is very accommodating...
