I had gone went to three different urgent care and suffered for a month. Not one did a swab to see what was actually wrong with me until I went to Miracle. They took care of me and found the problem and am on the road to recovery. The staff was really helpful as I had been suffering and needed a little TLC. Thx. Nana, Brianna.
Here's the sauce recipe I promised. Lol
Meatballs - i start with the meatballs so they are ready when it is time to add them to the sauce.
1 pound ground beef, 1 pound ground pork 2 eggs 2 clove chopped garlic Chopped fresh parsley or teaspoon Italian seasoning 3/4 cup progresso Italian seasoned bread crumbs Milk Salt and pepper
Soak bread crumbs in enough milk to make the bread crumbs moist like oatmeal. Place beef and pork in bowl . Add bread crumbs and all above ingredients and mix together to combine. Do not overmix. Over mixing will affect the consistency. My mom's meatballs are really tender without being mushy, I need to work on that part myself.
Make meatballs to about 1" in diameter. Place on baking sheet and bake at 350 degree oven or fry in a pan. The meat touching the pan will get brown so you have to flip meatballs to brown at least two sides. Do not overcook meatballs but make sure they are firm before you put them in the sauce. If they are falling apart as you are handling them, they may need to be cooked longer. I have added too much milk to my breadcrumbs or undercooked them and ended up with soggy meatballs. they fell apart in the sauce, I had a really good meat sauce, but no meatballs.
The Zandri Sauce
2 cloves garlic-chopped small 1 small onion -chopped small Olive oil - enough to cover bottom of sauce pan Piece of Pork - 2 country pork ribs or 2 pork chops 2 small cans of tomato paste 2 large cans tomato sauce 2 heaping tablespoons of sugar 2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley salt and pepper to taste small handful of parmesan cheese
Put olive oil in bottom of sauce pot. . Add chopped garlic, saute til translucent. Add onion . Saute til translucent. If you push the garlic and onions around the outer rim of the pot you have room to lay in your pork. I think that helps keeping them from burning as well. Add pork and brown on both sides. I find if you brown everything, especially the pork, as much as possible without burning, the sauce is that much more favorable.
Add tomato paste. Cook paste for about 3-4 minutes. Do not let it burn or you will have to start over.
Fill cans with water once and clean out and add to sauce. Stir. Add tomato sauce . Add sugar and sprinkle cheese over sauce. Add meatballs Simmer for 3-4 hours. Let sauce cool and refrigerate overnight. You can eat it same day, but I don't think it's really done until it's given a little time to age. My experience is it is way better the next day.
Baked Ziti If you followed the recipe above you should have enough sauce for two big foil pans of Ziti. The recipe below is only for one big pan of Ziti. If you need to make 2 pans of ziti, buy twice as much Ziti ingredients.

Read moreI recently visited Miracle Touch Urgent Care and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the facility was clean, and the staff, including the receptionist, was very kind and welcoming. I was promptly attended to, and they took an X-ray of my hand on the spot. However, when I asked the doctor if my finger was fractured, he said he wasn’t qualified to give me an answer, even though it was pretty obvious from the X-ray.
After being referred to an imaging center for additional X-rays, I received no further guidance on what to do next. This lack of communication made me think my case wasn’t urgent and that I could just wait it out for my finger to heal on its own. After a week of nothing, I made follow-up call to ask if I needed further guidance to find out that I needed to see a primary doctor to THEN I eventually see a specialist, all of which just delayed my healing. I have only recently been told I might need surgery, but I did not get to see the specialist yet. Overall, I wish their communication and guidance had been clearer to avoid these issues, because now that it has been 14 days since the injury, my finger might never...
Read moreI can’t say enough good things about this urgent care center. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with kindness, efficiency, and professionalism. The front desk staff were welcoming and quick to get me checked in, which was such a relief given how unwell I felt. The medical team was outstanding—thorough, compassionate, and incredibly attentive. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire visit. I never felt rushed, even though it was a busy day. What impressed me most was the level of care and empathy. It didn’t feel like just another clinic visit; it felt like they genuinely cared about my well-being. The facility itself was clean, modern, and well-organized, which made the whole experience even better. If you ever need urgent care, this is absolutely the place to go. I’m grateful for the excellent service and the peace of mind they provided during a...
