Edit: This time I called ahead. The owner recalled my review and knew EXACTLY who I was and immediately offered reparations and as for my personal accountability, I could have shown them more grace. Things happen. So glad I gave this place another shot. DELICIOUS, family ran, and you can really tell that they care about their customers.

Super BUMMED! I heard good things about this place, walked a pretty good ways to get there. I know pop ups are brick & mortar for a reason, but when I saw a 6pm start up time, I figured 6:50 was a safe bet. But, afraid not! My burger was solid—it came with some top-notch service that made the whole experience even better.

The burger itself was juicy and flavorful, paired perfectly with their tangy house sauce that added just the right kick. The bun was fresh, and everything was stacked neatly—no soggy mess here.

What really stood out were the crispy French fries. Golden on the outside, fluffy on the inside—just how fries should be. And to top it all off, they hooked it up with a water and fries, which was a super nice touch. Little things like that go a long way.

I have to say it's a nice family that makes the food. For me this is a big deal because family is everything. Now to the food the meat is high quality and after having a triple Burger I felt good, rested good and my mind didn't slow down. The fries are also cooked in a cleaner oil .
