Razer products are much better than before, but their lack of retail experience shows. Associates need to be more attentive. Most sales reps just stare at the customer instead of helping to make purchase decisions. I see reps playing games instead of helping the customer?? Also most of the computers are not usable. They are locked in demo mode so customers cant even try them let alone demo games or try out the capabilities of he computer. I get the store wants to maximize traffic flow and revenue, but most customers spend less than 5 minutes in the store because whats the point of coming to the store if you cant even try out the product like an Apple store? There is a reason the store is empty every time i come in to shop. If i want to just see how the product looks i can just use my phone instead of making the trip fighting LA traffic. This is not to say Razer doesnt make solid products, execution just...

Zlatko is a master of hospitality. I called with a nervous request about a new Razer 16 (it's hardly been on the market and is already sold out in multiple locations!) and he mentioned he'd investigate what he could do for me. In a matter of minutes, he zeroed in on available machine on the OPPOSITE COAST, got my information, and sent me a detailed invoice with the specs I was interested in—all while just generally being a chill, warm dude on the phone.

I was able to lock in the purchase within 30 minutes—and then he took the time to make sure that it could be delivered to me safely by checking in on my address and available shipping options nearby.

I'm sorry that he's no longer in San Francisco! A RazerStore in SF with this kind of warm personality would be the dream. LA, you have no idea how good...

The staff does not disclose the return policy when making purchases and they refuse to accept defective product back without a 15% restocking fee. Each retail store is like the Wild West as Razer Corporate doesn't supervise the stores. Store management (Christopher Baldwin, Kayla Flores, Andy Shafer, and Zlatko Zgombic) believe that post-binding an agreement by printing on the receipt after the sale is legal in California. DO NOT BUY FROM RAZER RETAIL. Mason advised me the reason the OLED screen and trackpad aren't performing correctly is user error and I need to download multiple software packages to get the laptop to function as advertised. I wonder why it doesn't "just work" out of the box?!? Also, there are no restocking fees when you...

I went to the Razer Store in Century City during their Mindsey event and wow the vibe was unreal. Music, giveaways, live demos, and just an awesome crowd of gamers all geeking out together. It honestly felt more like a party than a store event. The store itself is super clean and high-tech, and you can actually try out everything keyboards, headsets, chairs, all of it. But what really stood out to me was the staff. Every single person working there was genuinely cool, helpful, and actually seemed excited to talk about the products. No pressure, just good energy and real conversations. Big shoutout to the whole Razer team for making it such a great experience. Definitely coming back and probably bringing friends next time.

When purchasing a gaming set up for my teenage son during the holidays, Kayla and Mason were super helpful. They didn't make me feel dumb even though I clearly didn't understand most of the things they were trying to explain to me. They were patient and kind and made me comfortable with the decisions I was making. Now my other son's birthday is coming up and I want to do the same type of thing for him. When I walked into the store and saw that both of them were still there, I was elated. Will be returning to this location.
