Undefeated La Brea — Attraction in Los Angeles

This review is for their online store. Their customer service could not be worse. I ordered a pair of shoes and a cap from them. First, i realize i put the wrong address when i place the order, i immediately emailed their customer support and twice they refused to correct the address even though the shipping label hasnt be made. I ended up opening a ups account so i can send the package to the warehouse. When i picked up the package, it was in 12”x12” box so i already knew something was wrong. The receipt inside the box included the cap and the shoes. So i got the cap, but not the shoes. There isnt another tracking number. i emailed undefeated to inquire about the shoes i ordered. they refunded me without any explanation. I emailed back telling them i didnt want a refund and i still want the shoes. They simply responded shoes is out of stock. Why wouldnt they contact me before they ship the cap without the shoes? Why wasnt a refund processed when they knew there arent any shoes to be shipped? Why does it take a buyer to inquire about a missing merchandise for them to process a refund? It felt like a scam they trying to pull on me. The quality of the cap was not good as well. I didnt try to send the cap back just because i dont want to deal with this company any more. Great and rare shoes at the regular price! Great shop friendly staff..... BUT..... that was my review until I ordered online at Undefeated.... The staff in the shop is still friendly, however the customer service if you order online is really bad. They cancelled the order without notifying me. When I contacted them after some days to enquire about my shoes, they just said 'hey we canceled the order from our side, because you used a foreign credit card'. I really wonder why they do not accept foreign credit cards? Everybody does, I cannot remember a single shop, online or 'real' which refused a credit card because she was issued by a European bank. But that is not the main point of my frustration: Firstly, had they informed me the moment they cancel the order I could have made other arrangements. Secondly: When I suggested that they send the shoes down to the shop (as it was suggested by the shop attendant) the online customer service didn't even bother to reply. Therefore, I suppose they have no intention to keep customers happy, i.e. I guess I will not shop at Undefeated anymore, since it seems they do not want to extend their customer base any further. Luckily there are a couple of other good sneaker stores...

Overall good experience at undefeated. I can't find anything to complain about this store.

They had a nice variety of brands and styles. They have everything from $70 nikes to $600 dollar high end adidas colabs. I came here to pick up something to wear during my stay in Los Angeles and decided to grab some triple black asics that I love! I was impressed with the styles and colorways they had. I think someone is doing a good job purchasing for the store because the had some dope stuff.

As far as service goes, I was greeted upon entry and at no point did I need to look for someone to ask for a size or ask a question about a shoe. I'll also note that the people that work there are obviously into kicks/fashion and knew their stuff. If I lived in L.A. And I wanted to look around and find something new to buy, undefeated would be my first stop. Smaller inventory than the big stores but it's all heat. You don't have to sort through team Jordan garbage and endless colorways of the same generic silhouettes. SOLID...
