It was good but a bit disorganized. We got our seating fine but we saw that there was an issue in front of us. It turns out they had accidentally missed labelled seating on the website because they had recently changed them. So I guess the website wasn't updated and no one knew until a man complained that a woman was in his seat. Turns out they both had the same seat number. Although, I suspect when they booked them she probably knew she was a bit further up. When you booked the ticket the map would have indicated where your seating was. However, I am speculating.
Intermission and leaving the venues was again disorganized and chaotic. They could do with some ropes cordoning off, directing people. The lines were long for merch and for refreshments. They weren't even lines just people standing in crowds not really knowing where the line started or ended.
Parking wasn't bad but leaving was very disorganized and badly managed as well. I am not sure if it was the crowd or the venue's fault for all of the disorganization. I feel like it might be both.
I say all the above to say, I would go back it was a good lecture the speaker was amazing and the show itself was fantastic and worth the chaos! The venue itself was clean. We got seated...
Read moreThis is an absolutely beautiful venue, sound is amazing, and the staff were great. Lines for merch and entry were clearly articulated and bag check was courteous and swift. I do need to say though that the uncomfortable seating significantly impacted my experience and made it hard to focus on the show. The upper half of me was fine, I just crossed my arms so I didn't disturb my neighbors, but the leg room situation is pretty bad. I have a bad knee and it's hard for me to keep my legs in certain positions for too long and I could tell I was annoying my neighbors with my fidgeting to try to relieve both the discomfort and pain but also to try to avoid touching their legs (I also had a taller neighbor who seemed to not be able to find a comfortable position as well and settled on spreading out but this meant that I had to try to compress myself further which wasn't sustainable). If you have similar problems you might want to book an aisle seat so you can at least have the aisle to get a bit more leg room. No phone rule wasn't very strictly enforced, both of my neighbors began recording the show at multiple points which was a bit...
Read moreOverall a solid, intimate venue! Saw ARTMS lunar theory concert !! Got to the venue 30 minutes before the concert. The U turn/dead end is for the drop off zone, but if you go in you'll see the free parking provided by the venue on the right hand side. So, 5 starts on that alone.
They scan you, check your bags (mine was clear idk if they care abt that tho) & ticket. Don't bother with Google Wallet (never works 😭) just show the TM ticket.
Our seats were Row V. Attached are pictures of the venue with no zoom or minimal zoom :)
Didn't get a chance to see the restrooms. Orchestra was accessible to walk IN to, but the seats are a little tight where we were seated. You will be brushing shoulders 😭 also, my seats wouldn't spring up, everytime we stood I'd have to turn back and lift it myself. No Cup holders to hold water. UNOPENED WATER BOTTLES ARE ALLOWED.
4 stars because it was SO HOT after the 1st song it was insane. The girls would ask us periodically if we were too hot, like.... where is the AC 🧍🏻♂️it was like 75 outside when the concert first started, so it wasn't even peak summer Temps. Bring a portable...
