This complex is rather large considering it is two levels. While the layout is not bad per se they are not always as well maintained as one would expect. There are multiple issues with plumbing on this property. Previous management do very friendly didn't always get everything fixed or taken care of in the best way in other words not always quality work was done so years of this type of maintenance leave these apartments with constant multiple issues. Don't get me wrong they're not dlapidated but once you become a part of the community you see all the many areas where Improvement is a definite must. They are at currently Under New Management which in and of itself brings its own set of pros and cons. I will say this, the previous manager was much more selective and the type of people that he rented to you so that the ambience of the complex was cleaner, less Rowdy, more considerate. Unfortunately that is no longer the case and constant Cars part where they are not supposed to be blocking residents from being able to move freely is an issue as well as a few other things that have made living here a less enjoyable experience. Read moreI wish I could give them 0 stars. I lived on the property 2680 highland for 3 1/2 years. The whole time we had a serious mouse problem. All they did was set sticky traps and I had to come home to mice screaming on sticky traps, I needed to be the one to dispose of them. When we finally moved out we cleaned, and nothing was broken. Well when we finally got our deposit back it was 125$ out of 1300$. They stated a door knob was missing, it was in the closet right next to the bathroom. They stated 2 tracks were broken, we asked which ones. They couldn't give us an answer. They charged us a repainting fee, but the law states if you've been in the apartment longer than 3 yrs the landlord CANNOT charge you to paint or to replace the carpet. They charged us well over 250$ for painting and over 500$ for carpet replacement. We've been trying to talk to Josh as they say he's the guy who handles this. Well Josh is never in his office, never returns messages. 5 days we have been trying to get a hold of him for. They know who we are and are avoiding the problem. Read moreThis company violates the ADA housing laws by denying applicants simply due to having a service animal. I received a call saying my application was approved, but the documentation for my service animal did not go through for some reason. After submitting all of the information (doctors letter, health certificate ect). I get a call back saying my application was denied due to the property's pet policy. When I tried to push back saying that it was against the law to discriminate service animals and the ADA specifically states that service animals are not considered pets, I was told by the leasing agent they would "ask again". Today, I get a call saying that my application has been denied for "unspecified reasons". Which is clearly them trying to get around the law.
