I had a wonderful experience designing my wedding suit with Franco, Mina, and Rafi. I initially found them through Yelp after visiting Indochino and Suit Supply. It was important to me that I get a suit that could be both my wedding suit and my go to suit for future events. I also wanted to match the quality level of my fiancé’s dress.

In terms of cost, getting a suit with Franco would be significantly more expensive than at the more budget oriented made to measure suit stores that I had previously visited. Ultimately, I decided that it was worth it for me based on the experience I had working with Franco, Mina, and Rafi. In terms of customer service, they went above and beyond in making sure that my fiancé and I felt comfortable and excited about the process. It was fun working with them.

In terms of the suit, Franco and team recommended special touches that I would not have thought of on my own or found at the other stores that I visited. Franco and team made recommendations for customizations that would match the spirit of my fiancé’s dress, and I went with most of them. There were one or two suggestions that I didn’t feel comfortable with, and Franco kindly took my direction for those. It was a little scary purchasing a high quality custom suit without seeing it first, but after spending a few hours designing the suit with Franco and team, I felt comfortable with them and trusted their opinions.

Two months later, when I put on my new suit for the first time, both my fiancé and I lit up. It looked great, the fabric felt amazing, and all of the customizations that Franco recommended did truly enhance the look of the suit. It was exciting, and I’m not normally a person to get excited over clothing. I instantly felt that I will stand out at my wedding and look great next to my future wife.

Franco is a truly one-of-a-kind special person and stylist. I came to Franco before my wedding for a suit. We first spoke on the phone and discussed the vision for the wedding, initial ideas about fabrics and colors, and then agreed on a time to meet in person. When I came to Franco, I was immediately greeted with warmth and hospitality. You can tell that he cares about his customers - not just making a sale.

The suit I picked out was of great quality and the shirt was equally beautiful. Everything fit wonderfully and I didn't require any alterations at all. I've had other suits made to measure before, and this is one is far and away the best fitting. We discussed ties, cufflinks, shoes, and Franco made sure that the outfit would match the overall feeling of the wedding and my personal style as well. Franco inspired me to make some choices that I would have otherwise not thought of on my own, and I have to say he was right - everything came together wonderfully.

I finally got the call from Franco a few weeks later saying that my suit was ready and I excitedly went to pick it up. As I said earlier, everything fit perfectly and the quality was top-notch. If I had any questions or requests, Franco was quick to respond and provide input.

In the end, my wedding turned out perfectly, the suit was wonderful, and the entire experience with Franco was unmatched. I know that there are big "made to measure" stores that supposedly offer the same service, but having been to both, I can tell you with absolute honesty that Franco's services are far and above what you will get at any large suit chain.
