2022: We've always gotten delicious food at this restaurant, but service has been just so-so. Tonight however, service was terrible. We ordered queso that never came, reminded our very flippant server, who acted like she was unaware. Didn't receive the entree I ordered and the server argued that I didn't order what I thought I had, then she had the audacity to ask "Is everything good?" Had to ask for refills. Asked for green sauce but got some pureed pepper something, then a cup of ranch dressing! Ordered garden salad got ceasar. Maybe her $1 tip will reinforce that everything wasn't good and she needs to either see an audiologist or pay attention.
Dec 2023: we visited for dinner this evening and again were disappointed. Thereās no foyer or waiting area, so the 3 parties in addition to ours were all just crammed like sardines in the front door, constantly shifting one way or another when someone would come in to pick up takeout. The hostess was taking phone orders, cashiering for takeout, and seating people which took forever. We ordered fajitas and chicken tortilla soup. The fajitas came first, we had to ask for the soup entree as one person had nothing to eat. The soup arrived stone cold⦠wouldnāt even melt the few morsels of cheese floating on top. The server took it and microwaved it, but when I got to eat it, it still wasnāt good. The broth was weak as water, lacked flavor, had a chunk of tough stewed chicken breast about the size of your fist. Iāve never had to use a knife in soup! The fajitas were just ok; the cold plate and tortillas for the fajitas arrived even after the microwaved soup. This place has gone down hill. This was our last visit....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreUnfortunately I will not be back. My order was wrong which they fixed but took forever. Everyone else had already finished their meal by the time the second order came out and there was a hair in my sour cream! I asked for the manager which took a while. He came and looked at the plate and did not say a word to us. The waitress came and asked if I wanted something else from the back. I told her I didnāt want to risk another hair. Manager came back said āitās a hair it happensā while we were talking to him he just walked away. He never apologized never said he was going to take my meal off the ticket. We waited for the waitress to bring the ticket and she never came. I found the manager again asking for the ticket so we could pay. He waved me off and said just go. Although he did comp the entire meal it was a hassle and he could have acted more professionally. We eat at heraduras so much our usual waiter knows our complete order so we are very disappointed in how we were treated by...

Stopped in after a day of hiking the 4C (see 4C trull ruhview). Was expecing a HOLA upon entering, but wound up with NOLAā¦.no greeting...in it.
Waiter was non observant. Never refulled tea even before the entree came. Had to practically put the tea glass on the very edge of table to get someone to notice how emptily the glass was getting.
Speaking of drinks. Donāt expect a South-of-the-border brew here.. The Big Mās were only represented (Miller and Michelob). Uggg. Need beard brews.
Salsa sux.
The mull - my bff ordered Verde Enchiladas - they werenāt bad - but canāt really think of anything that made them unexpected and bold. Oh, and they did not give enough beans - bare minyumu beanage.
I ordered the taquitos and they were really good. So thereās a positive.
In summary - itās the only Tex Mex place weāve tried in LTX and lets just say, weāll try the others before issuing a āWeāll be back!ā.
P.S.S - Herraduras is Spanish...
