No strollers allowed on the course, even though the walk way is cement. Think maybe you can carry your SERVICE DOG because the concrete is too hot. Nope, can’t carry her either. Be very WARY of this place. The woman didn’t tell us I couldn’t carry My SERVICE DOG until AFTER we had already paid. So me and my service dog are setting in the waiting area while my husband and grand son play miniature golf. She didn’t ask, she just said no. In response to your “call me “ Your response is 2 years old I left my review a year ago.I don’t appreciate being given a generic response, considering my Dog IS a fully accredited Hearing alert dog. We should have been asked the questions allowed by the ADA you really need to educate your employees regarding the repercussions of denial of access to someone with a service dog. I understand your pet rules, however before you deny access to a team , you really need to consider ,
A service dog may be carried if the disability requires the dog be close to the handlers face , ie… diabetic alert dog. Or if the dog is small and the handler is afraid for the safety or well being of their dog. ie…. Crowded areas , HOT pavement.
Ask the patron, is this a service dog? What task are they trained to preform? BEFORE payment is rendered .
Never assume just because a dog is small , that its a pet.
The pictures I posted for you are for ID purposes only not to gain entry where entry is denied. All your employee hadda do was ask and I would have gladly given her proof of credibility. Mind you the DOJ states that it’s an invasion of my privacy, I would have been...
Read moreWhat a disappointment. Every year we come here on vacation, and the kids look so forward to the multiple trips we make to play mini golf at Smugglers Cove. This year, however, they managed to ruin this part of our vacation and lose all future business. We arrived at the Madeira beach location on a Tuesday afternoon, no other guests were in site. We paid for the kids to play, and were then told we could not all go on the course... 2 kids playing, 2 parents and 2 grandparents watching. A family on vacation from out of town that visits every year (had the old cards to show it), who visit multiple times when we stay and purchase special golf balls for the kids each visit, etc, and we were told we could not all walk the completely empty course with the kids. Only one non paying customer per kid. Needless to say, they were told to refund the trip because they were not smart enough as a business to allow us to walk with the kids as we have for the past 5 years, and to secure our additional business they always get. I am not surprised the place was empty, even later at night when we drove by on our way to take the kids to another business that understands the importance of customer service and family. We will never patronize this business again. I suggest you revisit your business model and train your staff to properly care for your guests, or you will likely continue to lose additional future business as you...

Haha I took my son here and we had a blast!! The scenery is mesmerizing in which makes the day that much more adventurous. Although we were in the sun majority of the time, there are plenty nooks and crannies of shade for you to get into and some holes are in CAVES!
They have custom golf balls for sale. My son got a Pokémon ball golf ball which he used for the day. We got to feed the alligators which was jaw dropping. We played through the entire 18 holes. I was shocked to see my 5 year old so involved the entire way for 2-3 hours in the Florida sun! We each got a hole in one it was just a fantastic day!! Will be going again real soon!!!
-They serve beer but I advise you to stay hydrated if you aren't playing in the late evening -Dress light -Well worth the prices -Sweat towel would be useful -Play early (before noon to avoid heat) -Play later (after 7 to avoid heat)
Hope you have/had a...
