Well I had broken my phone and needed a place to get it fixed and they were the only ones that said they could fix it since one place I called said they only work on Samsung and Apple phones and the other place didn't exist anymore so I guess this was my only available option and also they had the right screen in stock. The reason for not giving a 5 star review wasn't because of the customer service or anything like that. In fact the customer service was great. The employee who helped me was quick, knowledgeable, respectful, and able to help with what I needed. The reason I went down a star was the fact that I was online and had selected a 40% off coupon that directed me to their site and had me fill out the information on what phone I needed serviced which was an easy quick process but it never said anywhere that my coupon wasn't going to be allowed to be used. It never said that I wasn't going to be able to apply it to my transaction it only said that the price in the end would be discussed with the employee at the store. I had asked about the coupon situation which would have made my life a tad bit better financially than the total I had in the end but regardless I had no other options at the moment. The employee said that any coupon can't be applied to genuine replacement parts which they should really state on there site so it's at least known that it wouldn't be able to be applied in the end due to the specific deal they have with certain companies. The other star that I took away was for the actual price I did end up having to pay wasn't pleasant especially when the phone needing the repair is a bit older and definitely should have a cheaper price tag on the parts. It was only a screen replacement and in my opinion $160 dollars is pretty steep for a phone screen on a phone that has 5 newer models that are now available. But all in all I am satisfied with the work they did and extremely grateful to have a fully functioning phone to be able to use without any issues. I will recommend this place if anyone asks me about a good place that fixes phones in my area but I also will tell whoever asks that they might want to look into cheaper options due to how spendy this place was for my older phone I wouldn't want to have to go here with a newer one I couldn't even imagine the price...

Awesome company - knowledgeable and generous. My phone was having issues charging consistently. I brought it in to Asurion and after checking that the charging point was clean and not blocked by anything, they quoted a replacement charging port at about $60 with a 1.5-2 hour installation timeframe. They didn't have the port on hand (phone was 2.5 years old & from Malaysia) so they ordered one and it arrived in a few days. When it came in, they tried it out but it didn't work. They said that at this point, it was probably something with a chip in the board (I may be butchering their words - not a tech person myself) and that that could be replaced for around $180, but that they recommended just buying a new phone at that point. I agreed that that would likely be best and asked them how much I owed them for the time spent working on the replacement port. Amazingly - nothing!!! I brought my phone in to get a new screen on it since it had cracked. They replaced my screen and all was good for 2-3 weeks. Dust and dirt starting to accumulate in the front camera screen. Brought it in and they cleaned it out and resealed it. 2-3 weeks go by the same issues happens and then happens again. I asked them to replace the screen because the one they kept putting back on was clearly faulty. They would not warranty there own faulty screen and told me I would have to start paying $40 every time to look at my phone now on because they cannot seal the phone up properly. They told me my phone will never be the same again since they had to take it apart so many times because they couldn’t get it right the first time and still never fixed the issue. My phone is now damaged from this company and they do nothing about it. Highly recommend staying away as they claim they have a lifetime warranty but will not warranty there...
