Mans Best Field Dog Park is located minutes away from Historic Downtown Mansfield right off of Broad and Main Street, serving your fury friends the option to visit 4 separate enclosed dog parks!
The dog park has ample parking for your car and friend when taking them here. Almost all of the times I been here, there were really only 3 or 4 other people here. The park has clean restrooms onsite also with a water fountain. There are 2 large dog parks for large dogs as well as 2 large parks for the small fellows as well. All 4 parks are covered with green luscious grass and just about a tree every 5 feet you walk. So please don't worry about not having shade because you're literally surrounded by the best shade there possibly is and the great open outdoors. All the parks have benches to sit at, as well as cement bricks for resting. There are multiple water fountains in each park, disbursing water from the bottom for your friend as well. They also have doggie bags and trash cans inside the parks too!
Every time I been here, all the dogs seemed properly behaved, and they definitely knew how to chase and play. I really enjoyed taking my best friend here and getting her all worked up outside and having fun while socializing with other companions. I'll definitely be back and become a regular here because Wooo Hooo, this is as...
Read moreThis dog park has not been open long and has 4 sections - two for large dog and two for small - there water bowl is the kind that is like a water fountain but not all dogs like to drink out of that kind of water container my youngest dog will drink where there's water no matter what but my older dog she likes to put in bull and her to drink out that and being that the issue I mean if you want to come here you better bring and your dog doesn't like this kind of a water ball you better bring something to catch water in for them - it's right next to some sort of old historical home I don't know if they're going to put any restrooms for people or not but as of right now at this moment there are none it's a very hilly area lost room for them to run in but like I said my biggest drawback is the water feature and no bathrooms for the...
Read moreThis park appears to still be a work in progress. Aside from that, it's a very nice dog park. The rules and regulations pertaining to this park are very reasonable and I'm grateful that it's here. They have several fountains for the dogs and their owners to use during their visit. They have warnings and notices regarding smaller dogs and bigger dogs that I'm sure a lot of folks don't even consider. Leashes are required from the parking lot to the dog runs. They discourage bringing toys, treats, beverages and food into the dog areas, which I can understand their concerns. Our Shepherd loved the freedom to run and play. The layout is really nice and we will be frequenting this location. Please follow their rules and pick up after yourselves and your pets, so that they keep this dog park open for...
