I walked in the back door of a pub that I've heard about in downtown Mansfield. I had been reluctant to go inside because I don't drink. I heard that they served a good pizza, so I bellied up to the bar, ordered a sweet tea, Mozzarella Sticks, and a Meat Head pizza. At first, I didn't know what to think about the place as it was clearly a pub and I was concerned that their food would be an afterthought. To my surprise, they have a craft kitchen on-site. The place wasn't crowded so I still had some doubts. As I sipped my sweet tea, I took a look around and think it's kinda cool with a gaming room in the back and a DJ up front. I sat at the bar with an elevated view of the place and waited for my food. I was relieved to get my Mozzarella Sticks without an often found greasy taste. It was quite good. I'm going to say their Ranch Dipping sauce was housemade and thick. Once my pizza arrived, I was convinced that I've been missing out on a good pizza dive. The pizza crust was thin and crispy. The Meat Head pizza definately delivered on the meat. I had my fill and still have plenty for a leftover lunch tomorrow. A cool little place in downtown Mansfield, who woulda thunk? 👍 117 N Main St Mansfield, TX 76063

Met a buddy here for some brews and snacks and was impressed by the Craft Beer selection. I sampled both pickle beers and then I did a flight of the servers picking. He definitely picked some great flavors. I cant not remember the names except for one but they all had distinct taste that left me wanting more. I had one that a great blue berry taste and the second had a maple taste, after drinking half of each I mixed them(servers advice) and it tasted like a blue berry pancake. I then had one that a great gramcracker flavor and then the last was a seltzer thas called the poolside. Probably my favorite and I'm not a seltzer guy. I picked up a 4 pack to go and will enjoy at the poolside. We then tried the pepperoni pizza and the crust was nice and crunchy but not burnt. That perfect spot with a good amount of cheese that was flavorful with the pepperoni. Then we tried the cheese sticks by far my favorite snack there, I wish the cheese sticks where a little crunchier but the taste and quality of the ingredients made a great flavor. Along with a friend staff and great local it will definitely be in the future if guys nights. Looking forward to coming back. (They also have board games for extended fun)

Cozy, friendly, well priced brewery with fun events and a wide range of brews, at least 20 when I went. Not too loud not too quiet. Staff are very friendly and helpful on picking out fun brews. The four beer flight is great as they have a wide enough range of brews to find 4 you’ll like easily. Will be getting it next time I come. Lots of room available as well so you don’t have elbow cramming while relaxing. Food trucks were available as well which is always a big plus for me. Totally worth the drive as it’s one of the more enjoyable breweries in DFW. Very clean, modern bathrooms which are always appreciated. The cucumber based beers are very well done and my personal favorite.

Let me start with the good, the beer here is delicious and cold. The atmosphere seems like it would be nice on a lively day. And unfortunately that's about it.

I see this brewery every week when I come for my yoga classes next door at Sunshine Yoga Shack, however I hadn't yet stopped in. My mom was in town from out of state, and I live close to here, so I thought it would be the perfect Thursday night activity. We both love craft beer AND our favorite time of year for craft beer is when Oktoberfest comes out (which I already started seeing in grocery stores). This happened to be the Thursday before Labor Day weekend.

I went online to the brewery's website to check out their food and beverage offerings before we arrived, and was ecstatic to see their beer menu showed Oktoberfest, and the food options looked good so we planned on staying for dinner as well.

So, we arrive around 6:30p that day, initially we were surprised it was so quiet. There was only one other couple inside, and no employees present when we walked in. We stood around, looked around, walked around, and finally just sat down at a table waiting for over five minutes for any employee to make an appearance.

Finally one did, an older blonde lady. She immediately had a guilty look when she realized there were customers waiting around for her while she was hanging out back-of-house. She mumbled an "o, sorry" and walked to the bar area, so we got up and met her there.

I asked her for their Oktoberfest beer, to which she rudely replied, direct quote, "we don't have that, it's not EVEN September yet." Sass level 100. I kindly responded back that we previewed the beer menu online before arriving and saw it was available. To which she responded, "o, that never gets updated, that's probably three years old."

Ouch, what a response, and bad look for management. If she had simply said, "I apologize the information was not correct, I will have it addressed with our team. Oktoberfest will be available sometime in early September, in the meantime I can recommend a delicious XYZ beer which has similar qualities. Or even perhaps as an apology for the misinformation, offered for us to come back for an Oktoberfest on-the-house in September when it does come out. Literally anything else would have retained me as a loyal customer for many years to come. I understand things happen, but that response was not acceptable.

That's where the conversation ended, my mom and I ordered two alternate beers off the menu (which as I mentioned initially were still delicious). She never came to check on us or ask if we wanted another round. We certainly did not stay for dinner after that. I hate to think that this woman represents your business to new and returning customers.

Sadly, I will never patronize this local business again due to the service from that employee.

Happy to speak with anyone whose interested. Otherwise, please train this employee and update your website. Thank you for your consideration, sorry for the long...

First I want to start by saying no one gave me $$$ or Free Beer to write this! I am a Red, White, & Blue Flag Loving, Craft beer drinking American. We(My husband of 16 years)have traveled across the USA a couple times stopping at Breweries along the way. We started our love of Craft Beer Journey in Norco, California then moved to Nashville, TN. from there it was to Bend Oregon and now have made our home in Texas! Where we came across "Dirty Job Brewery". The day we walked in Dirty Job Brewing we were so ready for a Cold one in that Blazing Hot Texas sun. The Air functions quite efficiently at Dirty Job Brewery & the bathrooms are clean! They do have a patio in the back if you smoke Cigarettes or Cigars, only if you do you will enjoy your beer or beverage in a Red Solo cup! We were elated we found them in Mansfield, Texas!!!! Their Beers are so consistently delicious that Literally you can throw a "Dart" at any beer on the Menu and not be disappointed! That is a rare find! At "Dirty Job" I have yet to find an Adult beverage that I didn't like!!! IPA"S, Pales, Stouts, Lagers, Seltzers, even a Sour! I have tried quite a few with their unlimited adult "sippy cup" tasters policy! They are there to please! They have water a soda's as well. They are brewed by a True American Hero "Army Veteran" who loves this Country and his fellow Americans! 20 choices on tap! Drinking Craft beer at this place is an honor and a privilege "Everyone" is treated with Respect. They have delicious food if you get hungry, and the pizza has thin crust that should be illegal it is so good!!! The "Hot Chick" pizza is spicy good pairs well with a Hopthemologist IPA!!! On Friday's it is Trivia night and kids are welcome, but the language can get a little colorful after your kid's bedtimes. So treat yourselves to a date night and get a sitter....you deserve it! It is a friendly competition. As I stated if you love "Craft Beer" like my German Immigrant husband who calls it "Mothers milk" you will not be disappointed. Derek the owner and Brewer along with his bride owner Lashawn are an incredibly pair hard to beat! The rest of the Crew are genuinely good Texas Folk. Just tell them the "Fischer's sent you"! Can't...

THIS PLACE OFFERS TASTE I grew up in Mansfield and never stopped by here, I was missing out! What you have here is a brewery, in an old historic building with what I like to call a “mad scientist”, also known as a brewmaster who isn’t afraid to bring unique and interesting flavors to the palates of the locals in this now bustling perimeter of DFW. These friendly folk offer samples for their brews, many which you should definitely oblige, because there is a rare event here; quantity combined with quality. You have many choice of beer, alongside a wholesome craftsmanship that injects quality. You can taste the passion and soul coming from this artist. So, when it comes to beer, you WILL find something, if not many things here that you like, but have never had before.

I was told they’re known for their pizzas, but I decided that I was more in the mood for the Ruben that day, so I ordered that. I’ll be honest in saying it was a size down from what I usually expect a Ruben to be, however, as someone who typically enjoys a (fat) Ruben to only suffer later, I happened to only enjoy this one, with no suffering, and enough room to continue my gluttony for the novel beers I enjoyed for the rest of the night. As for taste, it was perfect.

This business appears to prioritize a work environment that is inclusive and familial, which is always an excellent move when you are set to accomplish a relaxed environment, also they love the cowboys, and now for some reason, I do too!

I found my new favorite spot in Mansfield, If you enjoy thrusting yourself into new experiences with culture, taste, that isn’t prudish or uptight, this is your watering-hole. It’s a dirty job, but like all dirty jobs, they make life tolerable, if not absolutely excellent.

By the way, if you are reading this review brewmaster, bottle that blueberry agave wheat. Agave Davida at 6.7%....
