We went to the maze(indoor playground) there was a group of 4 adults inside of the actual playground designed for children. They were using extremely vulgar language and acting crazy jumping up and down(they were all very overweight and mentally handicapped adults) 2 men and 2 women. Anything could have happened in there with how they were acting, not only is there the risk of them squishing a small child, they could molest children, teach them bad language and scar them for life. I cannot believe the staff didn’t kick them out.

I was so glad that I was there to protect my children. We instantly told staff and the front desk women thanked us. Other parents complained too. Instead of kicking out the swearing adults they were asked to pay MONEY to play in the maze... How is that logical? It’s okay for them to be in there swearing and scaring children as long as they pay money to do it? Sick!! They declined payment and sat on the benches swearing and harassing children inside of the maze. They were not asked to leave. Pretty much all of the parents immediately left the maze seeing that the staff was going to allow the harmful adults to stay. The staff doesn’t care about children’s safety and vulnerability. They just want to make money. Disturbing.

We had another expierence where an older adult male was harassing other people children in the maze, screaming at them for looking at his daughter or attempting to play with her.. We also complained about this and nothing was done. Don’t waste your money. We wasted $400 on a membership for this stupid unsafe place. Who know what could happen to your kids in that...

I love the actual amenities in theory, however GET ADULT STAFF. I do not love the unsupervised youth ages 10+ that run wild in there. We are MG homeowners and have enjoyed going to the maze, had our twins 4th birthday party there, had a family year long pool pass, etc. We stopped using the pool because of people that were using it along side of us didn't follow the pool rules and the youngsters used to staff the pool had a hard time keeping the people in line. Today we left the maze twice because of the rowdy children there that the staff couldn't control. When we left the second time today it was because a group of pre-teen boys wouldn't let my 4 year old children use the equipment and the teenager attendant staffing the maze was not being listened to at all. We left, told the staff why and just as we were leaving another mom said, "You were lucky to leave when you did, those boys are now throwing a piece of poop around in there". I also do not agree with having a shooting game in the teen center, as I overheard one boy say, "I just watched his face as I shot him between the eyes", (referring to an animal in the game), my little tots asked what they were saying and I again, hurried them along to get away from the ugly. I complained to the MG P&R about the game, was told a new game could replace that one and it never occurred. Again, nice amenities in theory but not the community vibe I was looking for and after a reasonable amount of time and money invested won't be looking to return any time soon. 3 stars is a great review considering we have been here 2 years and this is a...

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. take your pens out because this requires math, which is not every ones best subject. When you tell someone you want the party package, which covers 5 adults and 10 kids but you also want to add on AT least 20 more kids and they say "that's fine", is it OK to assume they just booked you a party room that holds at least, let's say 35 people ? So day of my daughters birthday we go to check in, and we were told we got a room that holds 20 people. Hmmmm, doesn't sound right to me! Then you GLADLY cancel the party and hold back telling them what they can do with that 50 dollar deposit and leave, call about 20 people to tell them the party is cancelled and will be held at a different location. You get a pathetic call from a manager or supervisor saying YOU misunderstood the party planner, sorry but when I tell someone at least 35 people are coming and they book me a party for 20 people, how is that MY fault ??? Not to mention the whole time the party planner would not even look at me or come talk to me face to face because I'm pretty sure she knew she MESSED up! I will never in my life even consider going back for a...

We went to the pool. It was nice. My four year old loved it. UPDATED 9/30/18: we just had my son's birthday party there. We paid like $140. I don't think it was worth it. We picked the super hero themed party. There were some generic decorations with some cardboard cut outs of super heros. The kids liked it, but I wouldn't recommend this place for a birthday party if you want a full out theme. We were looking for something easy that we didn't have to mess with. It was a little rushed eating pizza (which we provided ourselves), opening presents, eating cake, and cleaning up in 1.5 hrs. The hardest part was there was no where for is to keep our stuff except the car until 3PM and we used our room time setting up. Not a fan. oh and the "Super hero" masks were lame and the shirt was gigantic for him. They didn't ask us for a size. The staff was nice the day of and did the best they could. They seemed understaffed for the price we paid.

The Maple Grove community center is a great place to bring your kids my 35 and 8 year old had A-blast playing in the indoor playground the staff was really helpful and friendly the facility is rather clean for being an indoor playground prices for non community members were not badd I would highly recommend bringing your family or meeting with friends. We paid $6 per child in the indoor playground is massive the tubes go up seems like a million feet huge variety lots of slides all around good time. We look forward to trying the water park in the future that looked very nice as wellThey have tables for gathering or picnic looks like you can do birthday parties or rent a room. We highly recommend this place

We went to the maze with our toddler for the first time and the last ever. The place is covered in dust. So dirty. In area for kids under 3, things are broken and actually can cause an injury. All parents of kids older than 3 was on their phones, so the kids went crazy in the play area including the area for baby's. They keep on running in and out and knocked one baby down. For the money they receiving , they should clean better and have at least one person in to watch over the play area the whole time. Do not recommend this place for parents with kids under 3.
