Rally House Maple Grove — Attraction in Maple Grove

The stock is amazing, representing all the local professional sports teams with loads of choices for each team. The staff was friendly and very helpful. After searching numerous other stores, I had despaired of finding a specific throw-back Twins T-shirt requested on a son's Christmas list. I rather sheepishly asked the clerk (who met me as soon as I entered) and he walked me directly to the correct rack an found the exact item that had eluded all my previous efforts - AND they had it in the 2X size I needed! We ordered online to pick up an item in store. We got the confirmation that the item was ready for pickup but when we got to the store they said they never carried the item in store. Associates did absolutely nothing to correct the situation or find a solution. They simply processed a refund which "should go through in about a week ". Terrible customer service, go...
