Today 12/31 I wasted about 40 minutes of my time. I placed a mobile order and selected to pick it up in the drive thru. The order said it would be done by 10:02 am which was the time I arrived at the window. I was handed my food items but was told I would have to come inside and wait 20 minutes for my drink since the queue for mobile orders was that long. If I didn’t place a mobile order I would have received it right at the window. This is my mistake I guess but this doesn’t make sense. One would think ordering ahead would be faster. I just asked for a refund instead. The middle aged short haired blonde woman gave me a refund of $4.95 for a grande iced mocha when I actually ordered a venti iced mocha for $5.55 with extra shots of espresso for an extra $2.70. I went inside to get the correct refund. I decided I no longer wanted the food items and was given a refund. 1 of the items I used my rewards for but was given the credit back. I then realized my original refund issue was never fixed. I went back inside where Jim wanted to argue with me that I shouldn’t be owed anything since I was credited the food item I used my rewards for. Had I decided I was going to keep the food items then he still would have owed me the correct amount for the drink I never got. Read moreOur office orders often from this location through Uber Eats - straws (even when requested) are never placed with the drinks (makes those frozen coffees pretty tricky to actually drink). We also, most often than not, are always either missing a drink or 2 or it's a substitute for something this location is out of - we have yet to get a completely correct order. It would be appreciated if you do not have something in stock, to just simply not allow for your customers to select an item from your online ordering instead of just deleting it from the order. We now have 1 staff member with no order and 1 with something she doesn't care for. Unfortunately, this is the only place that is close enough for delivery. Read moreEven though this location is closer to my job and my home, I literally go out of my way to go to a completely different Starbucks Because I cannot say enough bad things about this Starbucks. The staff at elm creek is a million times better. There is maybe two nice people that work at the store that are nice. More than half the time my drinks taste like water, Or is made incorrectly. More than half the time The employee at the window has an attitude. And I spend more than enough money and time at Starbucks to be treated better.
