Stood here for 30 min with no help from behind the printing counter….all because I was at a different place on the counter so this redhead lady sees me standing in front of the computer she is doing stuff on and here’s me thinking she will either help me when she’s done or maybe try to tell me I should stand over at the other spot on the counter to be serviced which I didn’t realize until she helped 2 people who came in AFTER ME acting like she didn’t just see me at her computer when she was finished helping someone else… why do I have to say excuse me can you help me since I was here first? After I realized where I should have been waiting I came up to the counter after she helped someone else and she immediately turned her back and walked away like I hadn’t been standing there for 30 mins. If you see someone who is not familiar with how you do things at print and copy then maybe JUST MAYBE you could do your job and tell the customer how things work instead of helping other people who you know were not there before me I made eye contact with her several times did she care? No instead of helping me once I got there she went up to a customer she ALREADY HELPED and started having a non work related conversation literally. I finally got help after another 5 min from a man who only helped me because I was staring at him while he was trying to walk away from the print and copy section…then he said “can I help you?” Like I’m stupid and I’m supposed to explain to them i obviously need something printed after an employee has seen me standing here and acting like she is too good to say can I help you or maybe telling me the section of the counter I need to be in?! Here’s a picture of her standing here after turning her back on me when I know she saw me walking up to the counter and having a fun conversation. Also after she turned her back and the guy she was “helping” walked away for his wallet I said “when you get a second I need help” NO RESPONSE THANK YOU REDHEAD I HOPE YOUR BOSS TALKS TO YOU ABOUT THIS AND MAYBE TALKING to customers instead of ignoring them when they make eye contact with you and ask you for help after 30 mins I waited to get ONE form PRINTED. Read moreIt’s really complicated to shop this store. I was on the sales floor for maybe 10 minutes or more locating the items on my list. Not once, did I encounter an employee of any description,. I approached the checkout with a small basket of my items. There was NOBODY at the checkout. Can’t make this up! Eventually two employees appeared and debated over who would ring up my items and which terminal they might use. Really? As the employee lumbered through scanning my items, the ONLY interaction was if I wanted a service warranty . Then, for reasons unexplained, I was asked if I needed a bag in which to place my items. Again…. Really? Six items at a total of $250 surely qualifies for the use of a bag or two! Missing - An enthusiastic “Thank you for your patience”. “Let’s get you checked out and on your way!”. I stood in the printing line, I was the only person in that line for at least 10 minutes. The guy working was completely off in his own world ignoring me even after trying to get his attention. He didn't bother looking my direction at all. I wish I remembered his name. At 4:17 he finally got to me and told me he didn't see my email that I had sent at 4:01. Had to exit the store, go back in with my phone to show him, then told me it was there all along.
Tried to make conversation but obviously I'm already upset. He asked me why my day has changed and I told him that he should probably pay more attention to customers trying to get his help. He then told me I was rude, and I replied that It was Rude to ignore people that were trying to get his help and keep them waiting for so long even if they're the only one standing there. 🙄
